Hello and welcome.
This guided meditation gently transitions listeners from a season of growth and attention into a deeper practice of self-love.
Rather than pushing for more change,
This practice invites rest,
Compassion,
And appreciation for how far you have already come,
Big or small.
So I invite you to settle into a comfortable position and allow your body to arrive.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and hold and exhale letting it all go.
We'll do one more breath this way inhaling and holding and exhale letting it go.
January often asks us to look forward,
To plan,
To change,
To grow.
But before moving on,
This moment is an invitation to pause and turn inward.
I invite you to bring your attention to your heart or chest.
Notice the steady rhythm beneath your breath.
Acknowledge the effort you've made this month,
The attentions you set,
The ways you showed up even and perfectly.
Just taking a moment to see what you notice.
Knowing that you do not need to do more right now,
You are allowed to receive.
Take a gentle breath in imagining warmth spreading through your chest.
And then when you exhale,
Releasing the pressure to keep becoming.
Growth does not mean constant striving.
Sometimes growth looks like softness,
Like compassion,
Like learning to stay with yourself.
Repeat silently,
I honor how far I've come.
I am worthy of care,
Not just improvement.
As February approaches,
Imagine carrying forward only what serves you.
Curiosity,
Gentleness,
And a deeper sense of self-acceptance.
Let this be the beginning of a new relationship with yourself.
One rooted not in fixing,
But in love.
Take one final breath,
Knowing that you're doing a good job,
Being proud for showing up for yourself today.
And when you're ready,
Letting that exhale out,
Letting go of anything you don't want.
Being ready to gently return to your day.
Come back whenever you need a reminder,
And have a beautiful day.
