Remembering the impermanence of what's good,
What's bad,
What's hard,
What's easy.
Welcome my friend.
I'm your host,
Maamun,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax.
Just to come back to our center,
To our trust in the unfolding of life.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
You can close the eyes or leave them open.
Lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes,
Looking inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Exhale,
Understanding,
Patience.
Feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Opening the hearts.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
And taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in love for yourself.
And exhale,
Expanding love inside,
Deepening love inside.
No need to search for it outside of yourself.
Coming back to love that is already inside,
Just underneath the anxieties,
The negativity.
Just underneath that,
Finding more love,
More compassion,
More kindness.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the top of the head,
Relaxing your feet as you feel the stillness of the ground beneath you.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Becoming aware of your awareness as you breathe in.
The color for today is a light gray.
The number is three.
And the animal,
Thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Health,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Being grateful for health,
For well-being,
Even if it's something as small as being able to go for a walk or to just be able to move about without any pain.
Acknowledging that you have a body and how much of a miracle it is that you can move about in this world,
Enjoying the little things and remembering the impermanence of what's good,
What's bad,
What's hard,
What's easy.
Remembering that all of it passes,
It comes and it goes.
And for me,
That opens up more room for being grateful for it rather than it being something depressing or something heavy.
Just knowing that all is changing,
All is going to change and continue to change.
I'm going to continue to change.
Life is changing around me.
It makes it incredible.
It makes it something worth cherishing.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
