You're tuned in to OMHAKU.

I'm your host,

Ma Moon,

Back with another daily music meditation.

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just to let go,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Lonely,

Misunderstood,

Frustrated with family,

Fed up with work,

Fed up with school,

And the unfolding of our day-to-day,

And the unfolding of putting the future to decide just for now.

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper into your inner world.

Witnessing and welcoming how you feel in this moment.

May you stay with it,

My friend.

Taking a deep breath in.

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Relaxing the belly.

Feeling all the muscles,

All the feeling in the belly,

Just relax,

Let go.

Now,

To new possibilities,

New opportunities,

New ways of seeing,

Of being.

Think.

Now's the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Having love for your body as it is,

Having love for the mind,

The emotions as they are.

Witnessing and welcoming emotions like old friends,

Being a good host.

Remembering that you are the host,

Not the guest.

The color for today is blue.

The number is 102.

You and the animal is a flying elephant,

Like Dumbo,

If you've seen that movie.

Just like that.

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug.

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

Being conscious is different than your conscience.

Like this self-consciousness,

Being always critical of what you're doing is different than just being aware.

Much different.

The meditation and this awareness is just about observing without judgment,

Just witnessing,

Welcoming what's whatever is inside.

If you notice,

A lot of times we can be very judgmental of what's going on inside us.

If we're angry,

If we're sad,

Even if we're happy,

We can judge that and feel uncomfortable by that.

So that's why this practice is so beautiful.

Just taking some time to not judge,

But just watch,

To very gently watch,

Just like you are watching a river,

Not judging the river.

Oh,

Look at the water over there.

It's so ugly versus the water that's flowing over there.

You just look at the river and it's beautiful as it is,

Watching it flow.

And with that,
