Welcome my friend.
Let's tune in to Aum Haku.
I'm your host Mamoun,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Come back to our center.
Let go of stress.
By chess and the unfolding of life.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever feels natural.
Noticing how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming the movement of thoughts.
Sensations in the body,
Emotions,
Feelings,
The mood,
Energy level,
Witnessing and welcoming artists inside.
Softening the face,
Allowing the shoulders to relax,
Stomach relaxed.
Hands and feet relaxed.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing yet?
And breathing out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Exhale old life,
Old energies.
Breathing in this moment.
Exhale with awareness.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body and exhale.
Were you with me?
And access.
In here.
And Excel.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale.
Breathing in forgiveness.
And exhale.
Letting go of the past,
Past mistakes,
Setbacks.
Letting go of future worries,
Anxieties.
Coming into this present moment where everything is a-okay.
So you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Softening the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes,
As you breathe into the heart.
With opening the heart.
Breathing into their belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Coming back to trust,
Coming back to love.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in with awareness.
And exhale.
Feeling your presence,
Feeling your aliveness as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold that breath.
And exhale,
Let it go.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
Happy that you would join me today.
Taking a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Allowing the breath to be natural,
Soft,
Gentle.
Silent breathing in and out.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Wanting to roam,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think and to roam.
I'm letting go of thoughts.
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing yet.
Breathing out.
Back in the trance,
In the unfolding of life,
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes,
Softening the mind.
Not minding the mind,
But allowing it to unwind.
As you drop into the heart space,
Feeling the rhythm of your heartbeat.
Know that you're breathing,
Know that you're alive.
We live to see another day,
But it won't be that way forever.
So remember to cherish the day,
To cherish the moment.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
Becoming aware of how you're set.
Aware of your space,
Aware of your awareness itself.
The color for today is gold.
The number is four in the animal.
It's an armadillo.
Thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Having the awareness,
The consciousness to step out of your experience,
Your perspective,
Into the experience of somebody else,
Into their shoes,
Into their eyes,
Being able to see from their point of view.
This is a very beautiful thing to be able to do,
Not just for others,
But for ourself so that we don't drive ourself crazy wondering why this person is doing this or why didn't they do that?
And we get so confused by the behavior of other people often because we can't can't step outside of ourselves into their body,
Into their way of seeing.
And it's not something that we just choose to do.
It takes practice.
It's like anything,
It's a skill that requires a lot of practice and we're not always going to be the best at it and it's okay.
Some days we're going to be too tired to see from someone else's point of view or to step outside of ourselves.
But on the good days,
When we meditate and we practice like today,
Breathing in and out,
Calming the body,
Coming back into our awareness,
It gives us the strength to step outside of ourselves into the lives of other people and see from their point of view.
And there's great beauty in that.
There's something medicinal about that.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
