Just to soothe,
Just to relax.
Come back to our center.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Fed up with work,
Fed up with school,
Feeling insecure,
Overwhelmed,
Underwhelmed,
Bored,
Restless,
Tired,
Sleepy,
Lonely,
Feeling like nobody cares,
Feeling like everybody cares too much,
Experiencing anger,
Self-hate,
Self-doubt,
Lack of motivation,
Lack of clarity,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
Know that you're not alone and that so many people can relate to the same pain,
Anguish,
Anxiety.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust,
To come back to our awareness of something beyond the pain.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your body,
Aware of your breath,
Witnessing and welcoming yourself as you are.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhale,
Letting go of stress.
Breathing in compassion,
And exhale,
Letting go of frustrations.
Breathing in faith in yourself,
And exhale,
Faith in others.
Coming back into the goodness of who you are as you breathe in,
And exhale,
Letting go of worries.
Coming back to trust as you breathe in,
Softening the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the belly as you breathe in,
And breathe out.
Every cell in the body breathing in,
And every cell in the body breathing out.
Witnessing and welcoming yourself as you are.
Softening the face,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space.
Opening the heart,
Opening the chest.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding the breath at the top,
And exhale.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling out the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling out the mouth.
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Bringing all the attention inwards,
Observing the mind very gently,
Very lovingly.
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhale old life,
Old energy.
Letting go of the future,
Letting go of the past,
As you breathe in this moment.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing in intuition,
Exhale,
Letting go of self doubt,
Letting go of confusion.
Breathing in harmonious energy,
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner conflict.
Breathing in through the nose,
Exhaling softly out the mouth.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
The forehead,
Relaxing the mind,
Allowing the mind to unwind.
In fact,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your space,
Your surroundings,
Aware of how you feel,
Aware of your awareness itself.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
The color for today is gold,
The number is 500,
And the animal is a chimpanzee.
