Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to OMHAIQ.
I'm your host Mahmood,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Relax,
Let go of stress,
Combat the stress.
Back to a sense of calm,
Presence,
Awareness.
If you've been experiencing stress,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Loneliness,
Boredom.
Know that you're not alone.
Anger,
Whatever it is,
Remembering that you're not alone,
But deeply intertwined,
Interconnected to the human experience.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're set.
Aware of your posture.
You can lie down and sit up.
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Whatever feels most natural to you.
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world of thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Tensions.
Welcoming all that you observe like old friends.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale all life,
All energy.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the abdominal muscles.
Breathing in trust.
Deepening the chest.
Breathing in compassion.
Exhale deepening compassion.
Letting go of the inner criticism,
Inner negativity.
Breathing in love for yourself.
Excel love for this life you letting go of fear,
Coming back to love.
We're back into acceptance.
So breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
For breathing out.
In heaven.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
Exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhaling,
Relaxing the belly.
Allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Looking inside.
Taking a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Softening the face,
Softening the mind as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs,
Just be empty of breath.
And inhaling through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Empty of breath,
Empty,
Empty.
And inhaling through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhale.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
Happy you would join me today.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Relaxing the stomach,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the arms and legs,
The hands and feet.
Allowing the breath to be natural at ease.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
I want you to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Bye!
You Bye!
And letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
And then breathing out Breathing in and breathing out.
In here.
And exhale.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in the chest.
Axis.
Bathing in love.
And access.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of how you feel after taking some deep breaths.
Give me one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
Becoming aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day.
Won't be that way forever.
Remembering this so we don't overly stress.
Life is too short to be stressing all the time,
To be critical all the time.
Life is too short.
It's good to enjoy it,
To cherish the time that we have.
Taking a moment to become aware of how you're sat.
The color for today.
Is orange the number It's 94 in the animal.
It's a rabbit.
I thank you for joining me,
My dear friend.
I hope this practice has been calming for you.
I'm sending you a big hug across time and space,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Relaxation,
Creativity,
Resourcefulness,
Consciousness.
Being able to stay present,
Admits challenges,
Setbacks,
All kinds of things that can go wrong in our day.
That's true.
But those things don't matter so much as how we are responding,
How we are processing,
How we are reflecting,
And being able to relate to these challenges in the right way,
To see them from a place of compassion,
To see them from a place of awareness.
It's not the easiest thing and I know myself I can struggle with compassion especially having compassion for myself and It's very easy or at least sometimes feels easier to Be critical judgmental and we can just see how that feels when we do that Versus when we when we're able to access the compassion the love to see how that feels to open openness,
The expansiveness,
The spaciousness of it.
And likewise,
When we're critical,
The kind of constricting that happens that really closes us off to life and the beauty of being alive.
So that's actually why I love to meditate,
Is just to be able to see where I can expand compassion.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
Thanks.
