You've tuned in to Om Hai Ku,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
I'm happy that you would join me today,
Despite challenges,
Setbacks,
Anxieties,
Worries,
Fears,
Anger,
Self-doubt,
Perhaps some confusion,
Lack of clarity,
Lack of resources,
Lack of self-belief,
Whatsoever you're feeling in this moment,
Reminding you that you're not alone,
Not on an island,
But deeply interconnected to the human experience.
That millions,
If not billions of people around the world can relate to the same frustrations,
Worries,
Hopes,
Fears,
Dreams.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to awareness,
Come back to trust,
And the unfolding of life.
It's not easy to always trust in life,
But nevertheless we practice,
We try.
It's not always easy to be meditative,
Calm,
And collected,
But nevertheless we practice,
We try.
We give it our best.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Bringing more awareness to your body,
To your posture,
To your energy level,
To any sensations.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Looking in,
Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever is inside.
Feeling trust move through the body,
Melting away fear,
Worries,
Anxieties,
Breathing in faith in yourself,
Breathing in harmony,
Feeling a harmonious energy spread through the body and mind as you breathe in,
And breathe out.
In exhale,
Expanding beauty.
In exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the hands and feet as you feel the stillness of the ground beneath you,
Feeling rooted in this moment,
Feeling yourself grounded,
Centered,
Looking inwards,
Relaxing into the body.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Let it show up for yourself,
Holding space for the mind,
Holding space for the emotions passing in this beautiful way.
Taking a deep breath in,
Feeling the belly relaxed,
Face relaxed,
Hands and feet relaxed,
Shoulders relaxed.
I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine,
Bringing with it awareness,
Strength,
Consciousness.
This beam of light moving up the spine all the way to the top of the head,
Now spreading through the body,
Through the heart space,
Through the belly.
Breathing this light in,
And exhale,
Expanding this light.
The color for today is blood orange.
The number.

Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And consciousness.
If you're in a scarcity mindset,
Recognize that this universe,
This existence,
However you want to call it,
Is essentially limitless.
There's no need to put such limits on yourself.
Shifting to an abundance mindset doesn't mean spending recklessly or doing reckless things.
It means seeing the limitless opportunities that surround us,
Instead of looking at where the doors are closing,
Seeing where doors can open.
Instead of seeing problems,
Seeing solutions.
It's a totally different way of looking that gives this feeling of abundance,
Which is very important,
Which is very significant.
Think about giving love.
How can you give love if you feel that it's scarce?
How can you give kindness if you feel it's scarce?
So first,
Finding that within yourself and seeing how abundant it already is,
And then sharing that abundance.
