Welcome,

If your energy feels heavy,
Or if you just need a moment to come back to yourself,
This reset is for you.
This is a space to slow down,
To breathe and reset.
So wherever you are,
Allow yourself to get comfortable and just take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose and gently let it go.
Again,
Breathing in and exhaling out.
One more time.
And as you exhale,
See if you can let your shoulders soften,
Let your jaw unclench,
And just let your body settle into this moment.
Bring your awareness to your energy,
Not judging it,
Not trying to change it,
Just noticing maybe you feel overstimulated or mentally exhausted,
Disconnected,

And now imagine with every exhale,
You are releasing static from your nervous system,
Releasing pressure,

Almost like opening a window in a stuffy room and breathing it all out.
With every inhale,
Imagine breathing in that fresh energy air,
Calm,
Clarity,
Space.
And as you imagine breathing that in,
You can quietly repeat to yourself,
I do not have to carry every thought.
I do not have to solve everything right now.
I am allowed to rest.
I am allowed to shift my energy.
I can begin again in this moment.
Now picture a warm light surrounding you,
Gentle,
Steady,
Grounding,
Helping you feel calm,
Supported,
And reconnected to yourself.
And let that light move through your mind,
Your chest,
Your heart,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your entire body,
Helping you release what you no longer need to hold onto in this moment.
Take one more nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in and exhale slowly.
And notice how even the smallest pause can create space,
Space for clarity,
