Welcome,

My friends.

Take a moment to settle in.

Find a comfortable position.

Whether you're lying down or seated upright.

Let your body feel supported by the surface beneath you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Your jaw to soften.

And your heart to open.

With each inhale,

Invite calm and presence.

Release any tension.

Any busyness.

And any expectation.

Of what you think this moment should be.

This time is just for you.

A chance to pause.

And reconnect.

Now imagine yourself standing in a peaceful autumn forest.

The air is crisp and calm.

And golden sunlight filters through the trees.

In front of you stands a beautiful,

Tall,

Strong,

Grounded tree.

Full of shimmering leaves in warm shades of red,

Amber,

And gold.

This tree represents you.

Deeply rooted,

Steady,

And wise.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Notice one leaf gently loosening from its branch.

It dances softly through the air before landing peacefully on the ground.

Now imagine that each leaf on this tree represents something you're ready to release.

You might not even need to name them.

Simply feel what wants to be let go.

Perhaps one leaf carries worry.

Another self-doubt.

Another might hold on to an old story or expectation.

Or even a habit that no longer fits.

With every slow exhale,

Watch a leaf detach and float gently downward.

Each of those leaves represents something that you are ready to let go of.

You're not losing anything essential.

You're only releasing what no longer serves your peace.

Say quietly to yourself,

I release what no longer serves me.

I trust in the natural rhythm of letting go.

Let's say that one more time,

Maybe placing your hand on your heart.

I release what no longer serves me.

I trust in the natural rhythm of letting go.

Continue to breathe as the leaves fall softly around you.

Each one a small act of surrender.

Notice how the tree remains strong,

Grounded,

And more open to the light.

You too remain whole,

Lighter,

Freer,

And at peace.

Take a deep breath in.

And a slow,

Easy exhale out.

Take another deep breath in.

And a slow,

Easy exhale out.

Feel a wave of calm move through your body as you stand in this beautiful forest of release.

The air around you grows still.

The ground beneath you is blanketed in a mosaic of golden leaves,

A symbol of renewal and transformation.

You sense quiet gratitude rising in the space that the release has just created.

Now bring to mind someone,

Something,

Or a moment that fills you with deep gratitude.

It might be a person who you love,

A memory that still makes you smile or laugh,

Or a simple moment of peace.

Allow this image or memory to come naturally.

There's no need to overthink.

There's no right or wrong.

Just see it clearly in your mind.

The colors,

The sounds,

The feeling of warmth in your heart.

If it's a person,

Imagine their presence beside you.

How do they make you feel?

If it's a memory,

Step back into it as if it's happening all over again.

Hear the laughter.

Feel the connection.

Sense the joy.

Let this feeling of gratitude expand with each breath.

See a soft golden light begin to glow in your heart,

Spreading warmth through your chest,

Your arms,

Your fingertips.

Let this golden light flow through your entire body from head to toe until you're surrounded by a radiant golden glow.

Whisper softly to yourself,

I am grateful for this moment.

I am grateful for the love and beauty in my life.

Gratitude lives within me.

Rest here for a few breaths,

Letting your body absorb this peaceful,

Joyful energy.

And know that this feeling is always available to you.

It's part of who you are.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Notice how you feel right now.

Lighter,

Softer,

More open.

You have released what needed to fall away,

And you've filled the space with gratitude and peace.

Carry this light with you.

Let it move through your day and ripple outward to those around you.

Bring one hand to your heart.

Feel its steady rhythm,

The quiet reminder that you are here,

You are alive,

And you are supported.

Gently whisper,

I am free.

I am at peace.

Take a few final breaths here,

Savoring this calm and grounded energy.

And when you're ready,

Begin to bring awareness back to the room.

Feeling the surface beneath you,

The air on your skin,

The sounds around you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take one last deep,

Nourishing breath in and exhale fully.

When it feels right,

Slowly open your eyes.

Sit for a moment in the quiet afterglow,

Holding that golden light of gratitude within you.

Know that you can return to this space of peace anytime you choose.

You are light.

You are love.

You are gratitude.
