Welcome to this calming practice created to support you through a time of year when money can feel heavier,

Louder,

Or more stressful than usual.

The holidays,

Expectations,

Giving,

Planning,

All of it can stir up old fears,

Pressure,

And that tightness in the chest or stomach that so many of us know well.

This meditation is here to help you soften those feelings,

To calm your nervous system,

To remind your mind and body that you are safe,

You are supported,

And you are capable,

Even if life feels a little overwhelming.

Take a slow breath in and a gentle breath out.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your jaw relax,

And your body settle into a comfortable position.

There is nothing you need to solve right now.

No numbers to manage,

No decisions to make,

Just space to breathe and feel held.

As you breathe naturally,

Notice where you feel money stress or pressure in your body.

Maybe it's in your chest,

Your belly,

Your throat,

Or even your mind racing all the what-ifs.

Without judging it,

Just acknowledge it.

You're human,

And these feelings are simply your nervous system trying to protect you.

Bring one hand gently to your heart.

Feel the warmth,

The steady rhythm beneath your palm.

Imagine a soft golden light beginning to glow under your hand,

Steady,

Reassuring.

With every breath,

Let this golden light grow a little brighter,

A little warmer,

A little stronger.

This is your inner safety,

Your worthiness,

The part of you that existed long before fear,

Long before money,

Long before any expectations were placed on you.

Let this light travel slowly down your arms,

Through your chest,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

And all the way to your feet.

Let this light calm any tightness,

Ease any pressure,

Soften any fear.

You don't have to carry everything alone.

You don't have to be perfect.

Take another slow breath in and gently exhale.

Now imagine the golden light expanding outward,

Creating a soft,

Comforting glow around your entire body,

Almost like you're wrapped in a warm blanket of safety and enoughness.

And with your hand still on your heart,

Let the light whisper to your nervous system,

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am doing the best I can.

Feel your breath slow just a little bit more.

Feel your heartbeat soften.

Feel your mind settle like snow slowly drifting to the ground.

If thoughts about money arise,

Bills,

Spending,

Giving,

Pressure,

Let them float by like clouds in the sky.

You don't have to engage with them right now.

This moment is for you.

This moment is your pause,

Your reset.

As the golden light continues to flow through you,

Feel a sense of reassurance gently growing.

I am capable.

I am worthy.

Money stress does not define me.

I can meet my life with clarity and calm.

Allow yourself to rest in that truth for a few breaths.

Let the light settle deeply into your heart,

The place where your calm,

Your clarity,

And your strength live.

Let yourself feel held.

Let yourself feel safe.

Let yourself feel enough.

Take a soft breath in and a long,

Easy breath out.

Imagine the golden light gently returning to your heart,

Staying with you as a quiet reminder that you can return to this feeling whenever life feels heavy.

You don't have to have everything figured out today.

You don't have to push or force anything.

You're allowed to move through this season in your relationship with money with gentleness and compassion.

Notice how that feels in your body.

And as you sit here,

Just imagine all of that heaviness,

The stress,

The anxiety,

The overwhelm being released from your body,

Going into the ground.

And feel that light,

Just take a couple nice,

Long,

Deep breaths and feel into that peace,

That calm,

That quietness.
