Welcome to this guided meditation for finding peace,

Gratitude,

And acceptance within your body.

Begin by settling into a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Allowing your body to be fully supported.

If it feels comfortable,

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long,

Easy exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale and exhale,

Letting your body know it's safe to rest here.

There's nowhere you need to go,

Nothing you need to fix.

This is simply a moment to arrive into your body.

Bring your attention to the natural rhythm of your breath.

And notice how your body is breathing for you,

Steady and reliable,

Without needing any direction.

Your heart is beating.

Your lungs are working.

Your body is quietly supporting your life in countless ways,

Even now.

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly if that feels comforting.

And feel the gentle rise and fall beneath your hands.

And let's begin to gently bring awareness through your entire body.

Start by noticing your feet and give appreciation how your feet support you,

Balance you,

And carry you through your days.

Notice your legs,

Strong,

Steady,

Adaptable,

Allowing you to move through the world.

Now let's bring your attention to your hands and think about all the ways that they hold,

Create,

Soothe,

And connect.

Notice your chest and your heart beating moment after moment without asking for anything in return.

Silently offer gratitude for the countless things that your body does for you,

Often without being noticed,

Often without being thanked.

Let this gratitude be simple and sincere.

Now imagine a soft,

White,

Healing light gently surrounding you.

Feel its warmth.

This light is calm and supportive.

It holds no judgment.

It carries no expectations.

With each inhale,

Imagine this white light flowing into your body through the top of your head,

Moving slowly downward.

As it travels,

It gently softens any areas of tension,

Any areas you may be holding onto things.

With this light,

Nothing needs to change.

Nothing needs to be fixed.

The light simply brings ease,

Acceptance,

And peace.

Allow it to move through your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

All the way down to your feet.

As you rest in this light,

Gently acknowledge any thoughts that might arise about fixing,

Changing,

Or judging your body.

You don't need to push them away.

Just notice them and allow them to pass.

For this moment,

Allow yourself to release the need to improve or correct anything.

Silently repeat if it feels supportive.

I allow my body to be as it is.

I am grateful for my body right now.

Let these words settle gently into your awareness.

I allow my body to be as it is.

I am grateful for my body right now.

Bring your attention to your heart space.

Maybe placing one or two hands on your heart if they're not already there.

And reflect on this truth.

Your body has carried you through every season of your life.

It has adapted.

It's healed.

Rested.

And responded.

Again and again.

You don't need to love every part of your body right now.

But you can honor it.

Having gratitude is enough.

Repeat softly,

Out loud or to yourself.

I choose peace within my body.

I thank my body for all it does for me.

Take a few slow breaths in.

Just letting this sense of appreciation deepen.

Take a few deep breaths in.

And on your exhale,

Let any lingering tension or heaviness be released.

As we begin to close,

Return your awareness to your breath.

Notice its steady rhythm.

Always available.

Always supportive.

And take a moment to thank yourself for offering your body this time in care.

And before you open your eyes,

Let one final affirmation land.

My body is worthy of respect and kindness.

And when you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes.

And carry this feeling of peace with you into the rest of your day.

Thank you.
