Boundaries are not walls. They are doors we choose to open — or close — in the name of self-respect. This track is a gentle yet powerful reminder that saying “no” is an act of love, not only for others, but most of all, for yourself. Let this be a love letter to the part of you that is learning to stand tall — not by pushing others away, but by choosing yourself without guilt.

Transcript

Learning to draw boundaries when you never had any before feels a bit like learning to walk.

Will I bump into something?

Will I fall and get back up?

But once you can,

Drawing a boundary feels like inhaling pride.

Breath by breath,

You become your own anchor in a stormy sea.

You stand tall while waves rage around you,

But they can't move you anymore.

And when you no longer question yourself or setting limits,

That's when it truly starts to feel like flying.

No matter how unfamiliar,

No matter how harsh the winds,

You carry your own sky within you that welcomes you just as you are.
