Welcome to Meditation Cat.

Thank you for spending this time with us to unwind and feel good.

In a world that can feel so overwhelming,

Let's take a moment to focus on ourselves,

Our dreams and our hopes.

The oceans ebb and flow with the rhythm of the moon and so do our lives.

They flow in and out of good times and bad.

But throughout all of this,

There is always hope,

A ripple of light in the darkness.

You always have this hope and this light within you,

No matter where you are in life.

So let's take a moment to relax.

Make yourself comfortable.

Imagine you are lying on the ground on warm,

Soft sand.

It is a beautiful sunny day and you are laying on the beach below some tall green trees.

The sunlight is dancing above you through the leaves and you are warmed by the golden rays falling on your body.

You can hear the gentle crashing of the waves below.

As you lay on the soft sand,

Your body begins to fill up with the warm golden light.

You feel warmed by the sun's rays.

Your legs,

Which have carried you throughout the day,

Relax,

Releasing all the tension the muscles hold.

Your back,

Which is cushioned by the soft sand,

Begins to release all the strains of the day.

You can see the clouds rolling by on this warm,

Sunny day.

And as you breathe,

Any thoughts and worries float away with the clouds above you.

The sunlight sparkles,

Reminding you of good memories that fill your heart with joy.

You feel happy and content that your life is moving at the pace it should and your dreams and hopes for the future are flowers yet to bloom.

As the golden light flows through your body like ripples in a stream,

You feel the stress and tension leaving your body.

The jaw unclenches,

The neck releases and your eyes feel heavy.

As you breathe,

You allow the golden rippling light to flow into your body,

Warming and soothing.

This light,

Which is your light,

Begins to shine from your body into the world.

You feel completely relaxed and at peace.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Allow yourself to slowly move each leg one at a time to awaken the muscles.

Move your arms gently and when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

The golden light within your body is always there to relax you.

Just remember to breathe.

Let your light shine bright in the world.
