Find a comfortable position.

When you are ready close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in.

Exhale gently letting your body soften.

As you settle repeat silently or softly aloud I am grounded,

I am steady.

Confidence flows naturally through me.

I trust myself and the path I am on.

With each breath I grow stronger and more assured.

Feel the warmth of these words sinking into your body.

Imagine a gentle light at your heart expanding outward.

Calm.

Breathe in strength,

Breathe out doubt.

Rest in this steady confidence for a few more breaths knowing it will remain with you as you move forward.
