Imagine you are a sea turtle floating in a turquoise sea.
You swim slowly through the ocean enjoying the warm soothing waters.
You drift with the current safe in the knowledge that you are capable of anything life throws your way.
The warm water takes you past beautiful colorful coral,
Playful fish and sleeping starfish.
Your body relaxes the more you float and your eyes are heavy.
Your cares and worries are taken away by the currents.
You feel totally at peace in your ocean world.
Your body releases all the tension and the mind relaxes.
Take a moment to check in with your body.

Open your eyes.
