Now throw that ball away.
You are throwing away all that no longer serves you.
As you breathe,
Allow the small ball of white light to expand,
Filling your whole body.
You feel warmth,
Love and at peace.
Your body is relaxing,
Releasing tension.
Your brain is free from worry and stress.
Your light is shining bright and love is flowing through you.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
