Welcome to MeditationCat Find a comfortable position Take a deep breath in and out When you are ready close your eyes Take a moment to check in with your body Allow yourself to feel the support beneath you Let your body relax against the support below And breathe You are walking through a forest on a warm sunny day The sunlight is sparkling through the leaves of the trees The sunlight is warm and you can feel a gentle breeze as you walk slowly along the grassy path The trees have a gentle song that speaks to your heart As you walk deeper into the forest you can hear the sweet songs of the forest birds And the gentle sound of the woodland Your stress is carried away with the birdsong and you enjoy the gentle sway of the trees Reminding you that it's okay to dance in life enjoying the moment Walking along the grassy path you can feel the soft grass beneath your feet And on each step you feel more and more relaxed Bring your awareness back to your body When you are ready open your eyes You are relaxed,
