Welcome to Meditation Cat.

Find a comfortable position and when you're ready,

Slowly close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths in and out and find a nice gentle rhythm for you.

As you inhale,

Breathe in calm and clarity.

As you exhale,

You release tension and heaviness.

As you breathe into the heart space,

You feel it expand with light and love.

As you exhale,

Let that light spread gently throughout your body.

The light fills your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and hands,

Your neck,

Your head,

Your back and legs,

All the way to your feet.

Your entire being is filled with this radiant,

Soothing light.

Every cell glows with calm and love.

You are both the source and the receiver of this light.

You are connected to all that is.

As you rest in this light,

You feel the presence of your true self,

The self beyond thought,

Beyond form.

It has always been here,

Untouched by fear or doubt.

You are reminded,

You are love,

You are light,

You are whole.

Rest in this truth.

Breathe deeply into the knowing that you are safe,

You are enough and you are exactly where you are meant to be.
