Find a position.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to focus on your breath.

Just breathe in and out.

Don't force your breath,

Just let yourself breathe naturally.

Take a breath in and out.

In and out.

How is your body feeling today?

Is there any stress or tension?

Let that breath take the tension away.

Breath in and out.

Allow yourself to focus on your feet.

Are they aching?

Wiggle your toes.

Let your feet relax.

Let go of any tension in the legs,

Hips,

Lower back,

Relax the shoulders,

Clench the jaw and breathe.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Take a breath in and out.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

You are refreshed.

You are awake.
