My name is Mark Rowland and I'm so grateful that you've chosen to meditate with me today.
Today's meditation is all about trusting your intuition.
Begin by settling into a comfortable position allow your breath to arrive just as it is a soft inhale and an unhurried exhale allow your body to understand that nothing is being asked of it right now beyond just being present feel the ground beneath you the firmness that supports you without question and notice that you don't even have to think about that support it's simply there your intuition is much the same the quiet foundation within you which is steady and ancient even when the mind becomes busy or noisy as you breathe sense the subtle rhythm of your own inner world thoughts drifting in drifting out and feelings appearing like ripples on a still lake you don't need to chase or analyze them just notice and allow everything to move in its own way now imagine there is a soft glowing light right at the center of your chest nothing bright or dramatic just a warm steady pulse of knowing you see this light has been with you since the beginning it is the part of you that recognizes truth before your mind even manages to put language to it with every breath let this gentle light expand a little more not by force but by willingness sense it moving through your chest into your shoulders behind your ribs feel it spreading into every corner of your being this is your natural clarity revealing itself now bring to mind a question a crossroads or a feeling that you've been carrying don't choose anything overwhelming just a simple curiosity in your life and just hold it lightly in your awareness notice how your body responds not the quick fire of thought but the subtle responses beneath the thought the softening the tightening the warmth the quietness your intuition speaks through sensation long long before it speaks through words let yourself trust whatever arises even if it's only a whisper your deeper self does not shout and it doesn't pressure your deeper self waits it invites it suggests and it knows you will hear it when you're ready take a slow breath in and imagine gathering all this quiet wisdom into your center and as you breathe out let the traces of doubt soften not because you must be certain but because you are allowed to be guided from within yourself feel the stillness surround you now the quiet trust forming like a gentle tide know that this inner voice is not something you create you uncover it by slowing down enough to listen as we begin to close return now to your breath a calm inhale and a tender release carry this sense of trust into the rest of your day knowing that every step you take can be guided by the wisdom that's already living inside of you when you are ready slowly and gently open your eyes and come back into the space around you and thank you so much for sitting with me and meditating today i hope you will join me again but until then have a beautiful rest of your day go in peace namaste
