Life often presents us with moments when we must make a choice whether that's big or small.

These moments can feel very overwhelming as we try to navigate our options and discern the right path.

The following meditation is here to support you in those times.

It's not about forcing an answer,

But about creating space for clarity and wisdom so they can arise naturally.

In just around 5 minutes,

This guided practice will help you ground yourself,

Connect with your inner intuition and approach your decision with a sense of calm and confidence.

Trust that the answer you seek is already within you and this meditation will help you uncover that.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Holding it gently for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you.

Let the earth beneath you hold you steady and grounded.

Now take two more deep breaths,

Each one slower than the last.

With every exhale,

Let go of any tension or worry about your decision.

There's no need to solve anything right now,

Just simply be here in this moment.

Now bring your attention to your chest,

To the area of your heart.

Imagine if you can,

A soft warm light glowing here.

This light represents your inner wisdom,

The quiet part of you that knows exactly what you need.

With every breath,

Let this light grow,

Filling your chest with warmth and ease.

As you breathe,

Silently repeat to yourself,

I trust the wisdom within me.

I am open to clarity.

I trust the wisdom within me.

I am open to clarity.

Feel yourself relaxing into this trust,

Letting the warmth of the light guide you deeper and deeper into calm.

Now gently bring the question or decision you're facing to your mind.

Don't force it,

Just let it rise naturally,

As if you're holding it in the palm of your hand.

Notice how it feels,

Without judgement or resistance.

Imagine placing this decision into a still,

Calm pond.

See it rest on the surface,

Creating gentle ripples.

Observe the ripples as they settle,

Leaving the water crystal clear and reflective.

As you sit with this image,

Ask yourself,

What feels most aligned with my heart and my truth?

Don't rush the answer,

Just let it come to you.

Or simply sit in the quiet,

Knowing that the clarity will surely rise in time.

Take a deep breath,

And let the decision drift away for now,

Knowing that you've planted the seed of clarity.

Trust that your inner wisdom will guide you when the time is right.
