Thank you for joining me again today.
And welcome to day six,
Letting Go.
Today we're simply letting go.
Letting go doesn't mean pushing anything away,
But allowing things to ease where they can.
So,
For these next few minutes,
Notice there may be a soft release.
Begin to notice your body.
If you find any areas of tension,
Just see if they can soften just a little.
No need to make it happen,
Just allowing a small release.
Notice your breath,
And with each exhale,
There might be a gentle letting go.
Not pushing anything away,
Just slightly loosening your hold.
If thoughts arise,
See if you can let them pass on through on their own.
Nothing to hold on to,
Nothing to carry.
Rest for a moment in this sense of ease,
Allowing things to be lighter.
Now,
Begin to notice your surroundings again,
The space around you,
The feeling of your body.
Taking a slightly deeper breath,
And gently bring your awareness back.
