Join me for this gentle and accessible Chakra balancing meditation, where I will guide you from your Root to your Crown. This practice can be done anytime but is most effective in the morning to help keep your energy vibrations high throughout the day.

So just making yourself comfortable wherever you are.

You can be laying in bed,

On the ground,

On a yoga mat or you can be sat up in a chair or on the ground on a bolster.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable in this moment.

There is absolutely no pressure and there is no right or wrong way to be doing this.

It all depends on our bodies and how we are feeling in that moment.

You may want to practice this differently tomorrow,

But just checking in with yourself today,

Right now and just seeing what feels comfortable for you and your body.

And when you've arrived in that space that feels comfortable,

Where you can feel as though you can really just let go and just be in this present moment with your physical body.

And just tuning in,

Allowing any thoughts to enter,

Acknowledging them and then letting them go.

Just removing any judgment,

Any attachment to our thoughts.

Just gently bringing your awareness back to your body.

And then just checking in,

Noticing how you're feeling today.

Are there any areas of comfort?

Any areas that feel uncomfortable or tense?

And just gently allowing any small movements to just try and rest further into these parts of your body that may not be in the most comfortable state.

And just taking your time to really just arrive here.

And then just bringing your attention,

Your focus to the base of your spine.

Just noticing how this area feels for you in your root chakra.

Just noticing if there are any emotions that come to mind when you bring your awareness to this area.

Our root of our body,

Where we hold our foundation,

Our stability,

Where we ground ourselves.

And then just imagining a red light just shining into the base of your spine and just nourishing that area of your body,

Bringing warmth,

Healing and light.

And then just traveling up gently as we move from that red light just underneath your navel to our sacral chakra.

And just noticing how this area feels for you today.

Are there any emotions or energy or any physical sensations in this area today?

This is our area of intimacy and sexual energy,

Emotional isolation,

Our creativity.

So just imagining an orange glowing light just nourishing this area under your navel.

Just noticing how it's filling you with love in this moment.

And just noticing how you feel as this light starts shining in that area of your body.

And then just moving up gently just below your chest,

The area of your solar plexus chakra.

And just imagining a yellow light here,

A glowing light just entering and healing and offering some beautiful warmth to this area of your body.

And how does it feel?

Are the sensations changing as you imagine this yellow glowing light to this area where we hold our self-esteem,

Our power?

How does this area feel for you today?

And then as we move up,

Leaving that yellow light to keep glowing,

We come through to the center of our chest,

Our heart chakra.

This beautiful space in our body where we hold love and self-love relationships,

Whether that be difficulty,

Whether that be joy,

Whether it's lack,

Whether it's fullness.

All of these things hold space in our heart.

So just imagining a green light here as you open up through your chest,

Just filling it with this green light in the center of your chest.

Just allowing it to heal and fill up your heart with this beautiful sacred light.

And just notice how you feel as this light starts coming through to your body.

And just leaving that green light there to just continue filling your heart,

We move up slightly further higher up our body,

Just to the center of our neck,

Near our fifth chakra,

The throat.

This is the area where we have the ability to communicate clearly,

To speak effectively.

This is also the area where we hold our arrogance,

Where we may sometimes feel withdrawn,

Where we're unable to speak our truth.

So just notice how this area feels for you in the center of your neck.

You may feel a sense of being constricted,

Or it may feel open and at ease.

Or you might not feel any sensations and that is also fine.

But just bringing and keeping your focus to this area of your throat and just bringing in a blue light.

Just noticing how that blue light feels on your body and your skin.

Does it feel warm or cold?

Do you feel as though the light is nourishing that area of your throat?

Just really trying to keep your focus in this present moment,

As you imagine this blue light shining through to the center of your neck.

And allowing that blue light to continue shining,

We move up further through our body to the mid center of our forehead,

In between our eyebrows,

To our third eye chakra,

The sixth chakra,

Where we hold our intuition,

Our foresight,

Our imagination,

Where we may have an imbalanced lack of direction or lack of clarity.

We may be full in this area.

Just noticing how this area feels for you.

Does it feel as though it's congested?

Does it feel open and easy?

Just noticing how this feels for you,

As you bring in that light of indigo through to the center of your eyebrows,

As if it's nourishing your whole face,

Your whole being.

It's opening up your wisdom,

Your intuition.

How does this make you feel in this moment?

And then allowing that light of indigo to continue filling your body,

Your face,

With this gorgeous glowing light.

As you move up further to the top of your head,

The top of your crown,

Your crown chakra,

Where we hold our higher consciousness,

Our divine connection,

Our sacredness,

Our connection or disconnection with spirit.

And just imagining a glowing purple light just entering through our crown,

Filling that area and nourishing down through to your root chakra,

With that color of purple.

Just noticing how that feels for you today.

Just really allowing yourself to open up to these beautiful colors that are nourishing and healing our body.

The colors of red and orange and yellow and green and blue and indigo and purple,

All intertwining and healing throughout your chakras,

Leaving you feeling nourished and refreshed and ready to take on the day.

And just allowing these lights to continue glowing throughout your day,

To continue filling you up and taking this beautiful energy in the rest of your day or your week ahead.
