Join me in this trauma-informed womb healing meditation, where we will focus on the area beneath our navel - the Sacral Chakra. This is a space where we often hold deep emotions and anxiety. Through this meditation, we will work to release tension and nourish this vital center of creativity and emotion.

Just bringing yourself to rest in a comfortable position.

You can either be sat up in an upright position or lying down.

Just choosing whichever variation feels comfortable for your body today.

And when you arrive in this space just gently bringing your palms to rest on your lower belly,

Just under your navel.

Just noticing how this area feels for you today.

Just giving yourself some time to settle in here,

Allowing any thoughts to enter,

Acknowledging them and then gently letting them go.

Just trying to release any attachment from our thoughts,

Any judgment from our thoughts.

Just bringing your awareness gently back through to your lower belly,

That area below your navel.

When you feel as though you're being pulled away by your thoughts at any point during this meditation,

Just gently bringing yourself back to your body,

Back to this space.

Just focusing on your breath here,

Just noticing the speed and rhythm of your breath as it flows through your body.

Just being aware of this relationship of your breath and your physical body.

Noticing this area of your body that moves,

It rises and it sinks with your breath.

As you inhale and exhale,

This area underneath your navel,

That's a sacred space where we create magic,

This sensitive area that hold a lot of emotions for us.

So just using that breath to gently flow through this area and just focusing on how your palms gently rise and fall as your breath travels through your body.

And as we breathe here,

As we just rest here in this moment,

Just bringing your awareness solely on this area under your navel,

Your sacral chakra.

Just noticing any feelings or emotions or sensations that come up in this moment.

There may be tingling,

There may be stillness.

You might just feel your breath moving through you.

Are there any emotions attached here of love,

Joy,

Passion,

Lust,

Grief,

Sadness,

Pain,

Loneliness,

Emptiness?

Or you may not feel any emotions.

There is no right or wrong here.

We're just tuning in and seeing what comes up without judgment and without forcing anything to come through here.

We're just sitting and being in this moment and as we allow anything to come up here,

Just trying not to push away the desire to ignore these sensations.

As uncomfortable as it may feel,

Just really embodying the emotions that come up,

Even if they don't feel good for you today.

If you're feeling joy,

Just really feel that joy in that area of your body underneath your navel in your sacral chakra.

Just feel that joy filling your body entirely.

How does that feel in your body?

What sensations?

Are there any colors that you can see or envision?

If it's grief that you feel in this moment,

Just allow that grief to really fill your entire body.

If it releases tears,

Allow it to do so and just really hold space for your body,

For your womb area,

For this sacred,

Precious,

Beautiful space in our bodies.

Just allow yourself to feel what you need to feel in this moment and release that from your body.

Know that you are safe.

Know that these are emotions and they come and go.

They do not control us.

It's natural,

It's healthy and it's okay to feel these emotions.

We don't have to push anything away.

Whether they feel good or bad,

Whether they feel comfortable or uncomfortable,

We are here to experience all the beauty that our body gives to us.

And just remembering to breathe through it,

Using the breath to just help release and push all these emotions,

Vibrations,

Sensations up and through and out of your body.

And as we start to gently ease through the emotion or sensation or feeling that you may have in this area of your body,

Bringing your awareness to your breath.

Noticing its speed,

Its rhythm.

And then with your next inhale,

Just taking a deep breath in,

Allowing your breath to travel down through to that area underneath your navel.

Filling it with love and then exhaling completely,

Just letting it go.

And then again,

When you're ready,

When it feels comfortable,

With your next inhale,

Just taking a deep breath in,

Allowing that breath to travel to that area underneath your navel.

Filling it with love and life and then exhale and just letting it go completely.

And then when you're ready for the last time,

Just taking a deep breath in,

Allowing that breath to travel down through your body to the area underneath your navel.

Expanding,

Creating love and healing energy and then exhaling and letting it go,

Allowing your breath to resume its natural rhythm.

There's no need to change or alter in any way.

And just allowing yourself to rest here for as long or as little as you want to.

Listening to your body,

Noticing how it feels and what it wants.

And just coming back to this gorgeous ritual,

Whenever you feel as though you need it.

We tend to hold a lot of emotions,

A lot of energy in this area,

A lot of anxiety.

So always coming back to this practice to help release,

Rebalance and send love to ourselves and thank ourselves for being here in this moment and taking time to nourish our beautiful womb area,

Our sacral chakra,

Our life force energy.

And taking this beautiful loving energy into the rest of your day.

Namaste.
