Our auras are our energy fields.
They completely encompass and surround us.
They reflect our physical,
Emotional and spiritual state.
So it is very,
Very,
Very important to keep our aura protected,
To make sure we are not absorbing anybody else's emotional baggage,
To make sure we are not taking on anybody else's responsibility or negative emotions.
It's very easy for humans to bounce off each other energetically.
So I recommend doing this aura protection meditation every morning,
Especially if you know you will be surrounded by people in that day.
So I'm just going to ask you to find a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated,
Laying down,
Standing,
However you wish to practice this aura protection meditation today.
And when you've brought yourself to that comfortable place,
Just gently bringing your eyes to close or lowering your gaze,
Lowering your drishti,
Just allowing your body to just arrive here.
Just welcoming yourself to this practice,
Welcoming yourself to this space and just letting go of anything that you may have been doing before this or anything you may have to do once this is finished.
Just allowing any thoughts to enter,
Acknowledging them and then letting them go.
We are not here to control or stop our thoughts.
We're just here to acknowledge them without attachment,
Without judgment,
To just allow them to move freely through and out of us.
So just taking a few moments here to settle.
You might feel like you want to roll your shoulders back a few times,
Shake out your fingers,
Your toes,
Take a couple of stretches.
You might feel like you need to yawn.
Just allow all of these movements to happen.
You don't need to stay static here.
Just welcoming our body to completely relax.
When you feel like you're in a state where you're completely relaxed,
Your body feels free.
Just being aware of your physical body here,
Being aware of how your body feels in this space.
Are there any sensations going through your body right now?
Are you aware of your skin,
Your bones,
Your muscles?
Can you feel into these elements?
Now as your body is resting here,
Just imagining that there is a bright,
Beautiful glowing light coming towards you.
It's a golden warm light and you can feel that warmth of the light all over your skin.
Just allowing it to come closer to your physical body and just creating some circles with that light.
And as the light travels around your body,
Those parts of your body start to glow,
That same golden light.
So as the light goes around your head,
Your head starts to glow with that bright golden light.
As it travels down your arms,
The same happens.
Each part starting to glow one by one,
Feeling that warmth of that light over your skin.
Until that light has been all around your body,
All the way down to your toes and then back up the other way.
And you can feel yourself completely and utterly glowing in this beautiful golden light,
Feeling it radiating out of your body.
And just imagining that you're looking at yourself from out of your body.
So you're witnessing yourself either seated or laying down,
Whichever position you're in right now and that you're glowing brightly.
And then just seeing if you can use your breath.
And as you breathe,
That light starts to expand.
It starts to expand further and further.
So as you're watching yourself,
You can see this light expanding further and further and further out.
Until it takes over the whole space,
The whole room that you're in.
So this whole room is now glowing,
This golden beautiful warm light.
Just keep doing this,
Keep using your breath as you exhale,
The light gets bigger and bigger.
Taking an inhale in,
Sucking all of that light,
Exhaling it out into the room.
And just expanding this golden light.
And then when you've filled the room completely,
When you've filled your aura completely,
Just bringing your awareness back to your physical body.
Noticing how you're feeling,
Noticing if there are any sensations going through your body here.
And then just repeating,
I am protected.
I am protected.
I am protected.
And then taking that glowing beautiful light around your aura into the rest of your day.
Shielding away any energies that do not positively serve you.
And keeping that light glowing to attract abundance into your life today.
Just staying here for as long or as little as you need to.
And then taking the light into the rest of your day whenever you're ready.
