"I Love My Body and Treat it Well." I have created a variety of affirmations meant to be utilized daily, depending on the desired manifestation. Take a moment and breathe, close your eyes, and repeat the affirmation to yourself, hand on heart. Bring the sensation into the body of how it would feel if the affirmation were already true, let that sensation fill your body. To reinforce the affirmation, you could also write it on paper and even carry the paper in your pocket for a little extra 'manifesting energy'.
