This is the first in a series of guided curiosities in different environments. This is a guided visualization into the environment of the Forest. You'll be guided into a lush forest and given the time to get curious with what you see there. Everything has meaning and this is a beautiful way to follow your curiosity into what you find. This type of practice can hone your skills of creativity and curiosity and at the same time bring a sense of relaxation into your day. We all need to daydream sometimes. Get curious and allow your heart to open to what you find in The Forest. I often speak about how Curiosity and Creativity are the doorways to Transformation, so I decided to provide some meditations that allow you to hone both. Feel free to come back as much as you'd like to explore deeper and deeper what the forest holds for you <3 I'm a Cultivator of Curiosity and Creativity in the Human Experiment, a Soul Art Guide, Yoga Nidra Guide and Akashic Records Guide.

Welcome.

I'm Jocelyn.

Just take a moment to be present where you are.

And I invite you to close down your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath inhaling through your nose.

Opening your mouth and letting it out in a sigh.

We'll do that two more times.

Inhaling through your nose.

Opening your mouth and sighing it out.

One last time inhaling through your nose.

Into your belly and opening your mouth and sighing it out.

And gently invite your attention to scan from the top of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet.

Allow your awareness to gently cascade from that top of your head.

Your eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

Back of your head.

Your ears,

The back of your neck.

Your chin,

Jaw.

Throat,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your shoulder blades.

Allowing your attention and awareness to gently scan down your arms from your shoulders to your upper arms,

Lower arms.

Hands and fingertips.

Allowing your awareness to gently cascade down your upper back,

Mid back,

Low back.

Your front ribs,

Your belly,

Lower belly.

Your hips,

Allowing your awareness to gently cascade down your legs from your hips to your thighs,

Lower legs,

Feet,

And the bottoms of your soles.

Imagining your attention like a waterfall gently rolling over your body.

And as we bring awareness and attention,

We naturally release,

Loosen up,

Let go.

Just the tiniest bit more without manipulating.

And you might find yourself noticing your breath and where it sits in your body.

Where does it expand?

And where does it contract?

Just noticing your breath.

And as you're noticing your breath,

Simply bring a drop of awareness to the muscles behind the eyes.

Inviting them to relax.

Back to noticing the breath.

Noticing the temperature of breath,

Of air that comes in and goes out of your body.

This beautiful life force of energy that comes in to our body and goes out of our body.

Just bringing your awareness back to your jaw.

Gentle invitation to release,

Let go.

Back and down with the jaw.

And back to noticing your body and your breath,

Allowing your breath to breathe your body.

Might you imagine?

That you are sitting in a lush green forest.

Surrounded by the sounds of nature.

The birds song.

Maybe a stream.

The wind rustling through the leaves.

Maybe you hear the crickets.

Or the scattering of a forest friend.

Might you notice all of the feeling tones of this place?

Notice the thick,

Strong roots at your feet.

The earthy scent of dirt.

The way in which tiny particles of earth have come together to hold you up.

Might you notice the sense of light?

When you look around this lush forest,

Do you see beams of sunlight?

Or is it shady?

Do you notice any light reflecting off water that's close by?

Do you notice the darkness in the homes of the forest friends?

Can you feel the way that the trees hold space for you?

Can you sense how the forest here holds space for you?

Might you imagine yourself in this lush forest with your ears open?

Listening to the whispers of an ecosystem.

Can you hear the secrets in this forest?

Can you sense the aliveness in the stillness here?

And might you allow your heart to open to this space?

Allow your heart to open to this space.

How does it make you feel?

There are so many stories here of birth and death and rebirth.

There are stories of masculine and feminine.

There are stories of footsteps.

Of deception.

Of love.

There are stories here for you to listen to.

Might you take a seat?

And lean against the bark of an elder.

And listen to the stories that are meant for you here.

Might you feel the temperature on your skin of this place?

Is it moist?

Is it warm?

Is it cool?

There is so much to learn here.

Nature has its own way of teaching us.

And this is the fairy tale you are writing.

You can always come back here.

There is an endless,

Endless amount of stories to bring home from this place.

Is there a creature,

A forest friend that wants to visit you?

Does the weather shift?

Does the light shift?

Know that this place is yours.

And you can come here at any time.

To get inspired.

To get curious.

To look deep into the details of this place.

There is nothing here by accident.

Everything has meaning for you.

From the smallest vein on the smallest leaf.

To the vast sky above.

Everything here has meaning.

So you can visit here any time.

And gather from this place.

Each time you come back,

There might be something different.

Or it might be the same.

Something else to explore.

Like a painting that you go back to.

And see different brush strokes every time.

So I'm going to stay quiet for a few minutes while you explore this forest.

And all that it has to offer you.

Beginning to deepen our breath now.

Knowing that as we leave this place,

It is always here.

It is always available to us.

It's always available to you.

And that you can visit it at any time.

So we're beginning now to take a deeper breath into our belly.

Inhaling through your nose.

Opening your mouth and exhaling out.

Two more deep breaths into your belly.

Inhaling through your nose.

Opening your mouth and sighing it out.

Inhaling through your nose.

Opening your mouth and sighing out.

And giving it a little sound this time.

And maybe putting a hand on your heart.

A hand on your belly if you like that.

Giving yourself a little gratitude.

For really exploring a place with your curiosity.

Each time we explore with our curiosity,

We strengthen that muscle.

And that muscle is the key to our creativity.

I hope you enjoyed this short exploration.

There will be some more explorations coming of different environments.

I thank you again for coming here to explore with me.

Namaste.
