Good morning.

Welcome to this opportunity you've given yourself to set your day's intention with love and purpose.

So take a deep breath in and slowly release.

This morning we pause to choose how you want to move through your day.

With love,

Clarity and purpose.

So feel your body arrive fully in this moment,

Supported by the earth beneath you.

Let yourself be here,

There's nothing else to do right now.

Just close your eyes and notice the rhythm of your breath.

Feel your body relax.

Allow your physical presence to take up this space.

Inhale gently,

Letting fresh air fill your lungs and exhale smoothly,

Softening any tension.

And just breathe naturally,

Without trying to change or judge it.

As you breathe,

Bring your hand to your heart.

Feel its rhythm steady under your palm.

With each inhale,

Imagine your heart filling with light.

And with each exhale,

Imagine that light radiating outwards,

Through the palm of your hand,

Through your fingers,

Out into the world.

And now picture yourself standing at the threshold of this day.

Before you is an open path,

Waiting to be walked.

In your heart you carry the power to choose how you will walk it.

Ask quietly within,

What energy do I wish to bring into today?

Maybe it's kindness,

Or patience,

Or courage,

Or joy.

Whatever arises,

Hold it gently in your awareness.

See this intention as a glowing flame in your heart,

Steady and strong,

Guiding your steps.

I'm going to read some affirmations,

And you can repeat them after me,

Either out loud or in your head.

You can let my voice carry the energy of the words and let them settle into your own energy field.

I begin this day with clear intention.

I choose to move through my day with love.

I act with purpose and awareness.

My choices today reflect the best of who I am.

Let each of these phrases root itself deeply in your body,

Carried in your breath.

Take one last deep breath in,

And one long exhale.

And know that your intention is set,

Like a compass pointing you forwards,

Ready to step over that threshold and put your foot on the path of the day.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and step into your day with love,

Clarity,

And purpose guiding you.
