Good morning.

Welcome to another day of your life.

Another blessed,

Beautiful day.

Let's take a second to feel the gratitude at having this opportunity of a clean slate,

A fresh start,

A new day.

As you wake up,

Take a minute to lie still in bed.

Allow your eyes to remain closed and your body to be relaxed.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Repeat this deep breathing a few times,

Feeling your body settling into a peaceful but alert state.

You're waking up.

You're here and present in the day.

Now bring your awareness to your thoughts.

Notice any thoughts that might arise,

Whether they're positive,

Negative or neutral.

Without judging these thoughts,

Simply acknowledge them and let them pass.

Like clouds drifting across the sky.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Set an intention for your day.

What kind of day would you like to have?

What qualities do you want to embody today?

Perhaps you want to be more patient,

Or more loving,

Or more focused.

Take a moment to clarify your intention.

Now silently repeat your intention to yourself a few times,

Feeling it resonating in your mind and in your heart.

Feeling it resonating in your mind and in your heart.

Visualize yourself moving through your day with this quality or intention guiding your actions and your interactions.

As you see this in your mind's eye,

Feel a sense of positivity and possibility flowing through you.

You have the power to shape your day and to approach it with a positive mindset.

Embrace this empowering truth.

Now begin to deepen your breath,

Taking a few more full nourishing breaths.

Filling your whole body,

Every cell in your body starting to wake up and stir,

Ready for your day.

Feel your body energized and your mind clear.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Before you start your day properly,

Take a minute to stretch your body,

Reaching your arms overhead,

Pointing your toes,

Feel the energy and positivity flowing through you.

As you go about your morning routine,

Carry this sense of intention and positivity with you.

Remember you have the power to shape your day and you can reset at any minute.

Approach each moment and each interaction with your positive intention in mind.

Throughout your day,

If you find yourself getting caught up in stress or negativity,

If you find yourself getting caught up in stress or negativity,

Take a moment to pause,

To breathe and to reconnect with your intention.

This will help you to stay centered and positive.

Remember every morning and in fact every minute is a new opportunity to start fresh,

To choose positivity and to create the day you wish to experience.

Embrace this opportunity with open arms.

Carry this energy of positivity and possibility with you as you start your day.

And know that you can return to this practice anytime you need to re-center and realign with your positive intentions.
