
Finding Joy In A Higher Vibration
In this practice, I guide you to gently raise your vibration, so that you can better align yourself with the joy that is your natural birthright. You will connect with your energy and enter a space of joy, affirming it with mantras you can take with you throughout your day. Your energy will become a high-vibrational force, joy available to you and emanating from you like sunshine. Composer: Stephan Lindsjo

Today's practice is about finding joy whilst raising our vibration.
So get comfortable in your space.
Sit or lie down and allow your body to fully relax.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension or stress in your body.
Take a few more deep breaths at your own pace,
Inhaling deeply and exhaling fully.
With each breath feel yourself sinking deeper into the present moment.
Allow your body to relax with every exhale,
Releasing any tightness in your shoulders,
Neck and jaw.
Breathe into any areas that feel tense and allow your breath to soften those spaces.
As you settle in,
Bring your awareness to the present.
There is nothing you need to do or accomplish right now.
This is your time to focus inwards,
To raise your own vibration and to align yourself with the energy of joy.
Now begin to shift your awareness to the centre of your chest,
To your heart space.
Imagine a soft warm light glowing here.
This light represents your inner essence,
The part of you that is always connected to love,
Joy and peace.
Notice how this light feels.
Perhaps it's small and gentle at first or maybe it's already bright and radiant.
Take a moment to tune into this light.
With each inhale imagine it growing a little bit brighter,
Expanding slightly with each breath.
With every exhale feel your body becoming lighter,
Releasing anything heavy or stagnant.
Allow this light to expand slowly,
Filling your entire chest gently and naturally.
As it does,
Feel its warmth spreading through your body.
It's as though your heart is waking up,
Glowing with love and joy.
There's no rush,
Just a gentle awakening,
A gradual rising of your inner vibration.
Now with each breath begin to imagine this light expanding beyond your chest.
See it spreading to your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Feel the light moving down your torso into your stomach and hips.
Notice how the warmth and light continue down through your legs and all the way to your feet.
This light represents your true self,
The pure radiant energy of joy and love that resides within you.
With every breath it grows brighter and stronger,
Filling every part of your body.
You may feel a tingling sensation or a sense of warmth or simply a feeling of peace and ease.
As the light fills you,
Allow it to grow even more,
Radiating out beyond your body.
See it forming a cocoon of light around you,
Expanding into the space around you,
Creating a bubble of warmth,
Love and joy.
This is your protective energy field filled with high vibrational energy.
Nothing can disturb your peace inside this bubble of light.
Now that you are surrounded by this glowing light,
Take a moment to tune into your body and mind.
How does it feel to be in this space?
Notice the sense of calm and relaxation that's beginning to settle in.
Notice how light you feel,
How open and expansive your energy has become.
As you bask in this glowing light,
Bring your attention to your heart once again.
Begin to focus on that feeling of joy.
Picture joy as a golden light,
Sparkling and radiant.
See this golden light swirling in your heart space,
Mixing with the soft white light that was already there.
Feel this joy bubbling up from within,
Starting small and then growing stronger with each breath.
With each inhale,
Imagine yourself drawing in more joy.
See it flowing throughout your body like golden rays of sunshine,
Lighting you up from the inside.
With every exhale,
Let go of any remaining heaviness or negativity that may be lingering.
Feel the joy radiating from your heart,
Filling your body with a sense of lightness,
Peace and happiness.
Feel that sense of freedom here,
As if you're reconnecting with a pure,
Childlike joy that's always been inside of you.
Now,
Allow your mind to drift to a place where you feel completely happy and at ease.
This can be a real place,
A favourite spot in nature,
A childhood memory,
Or an imagined one created purely in your mind.
Maybe it's a serene beach,
Where the sun shines down on you and the waves gently lap at the shore.
Or perhaps it's a vibrant field of flowers,
Where the colours are so bright and the air is filled with the scent of blossoms.
Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in this scene.
Notice every detail.
What can you see around you?
What colours and textures stand out?
Feel the air on your skin.
Notice any sounds,
Whether it's the sound of birds singing,
Water flowing or the wind rustling through the trees.
Is there a particular scent or taste in the air?
As you settle into this place of joy,
Allow yourself to fully embrace the happiness and peace it brings.
Feel your vibration rising even higher,
As the energy of this place merges with the light of joy that's already glowing within you.
And as you continue to rest in this space of joy that is always available to you,
Begin to silently repeat the following affirmations.
Feel each one resonating with your being,
Raising your vibration ever higher.
I am open to receiving joy in every moment.
I choose to feel joy no matter what is happening around me.
Joy is my natural state of being and I align with it now.
I am worthy of experiencing joy,
Peace and love.
I radiate high vibrational energy and attract more joy into my life.
The more I focus on joy,
The more joy I create in my life.
As you affirm these truths,
Feel the joy within you growing stronger and brighter.
Feel the joy within you growing stronger and brighter.
It is now an unshakable part of your energy field,
A high vibrational force that you can carry with you everywhere you go.
Take a few more deep breaths,
Allowing this feeling of joy to fully integrate into every part of you.
Feel how light,
Energized and vibrant you have become.
Know that you can return to this state of joy at any time,
Simply by tuning into the light within you and the high vibrations that are always available to you.
You can always come back to this place of joy and the feelings that you have now associated with it.
And now,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your physical body.
Feel the surface beneath you,
Your hands resting in your lap or against your heart.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently.
Bring your awareness back to the room,
But carry the feeling of joy within you.
Take one final deep breath in,
And exhale fully,
Releasing anything else that doesn't serve you.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
And bring your joy with you into the rest of your day.
