Good morning.
Welcome to your day.
Find a comfortable position,
Wherever you are.
Maybe you're still lying in bed,
Waiting for the day to greet you.
Or maybe you're in the car,
Just about to get out and get into work.
Wherever this finds you,
Settle into your body.
Become aware of where your boundaries are,
Where your skin meets the air,
Where your weight dips in to whatever you're sitting or lying on.
Close your eyes if that's available to you and take in a deep cleansing breath in through your nose.
Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Allow yourself to arrive in this moment,
Present and open to the infinite possibilities that the day holds.
And as you welcome yourself here,
Take another deep breath in and this time as you exhale,
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you,
Filling you with peace and clarity.
Feel yourself grounded,
Connected to the earth,
Stable and secure.
Your energy connected through golden roots down deep into the earth beneath you.
And likewise,
Your energy connected upwards to the universe,
To the divine,
However you perceive that to be.
And feel yourself securely and firmly attached in the middle,
Very safe,
Exactly where you need to be right now.
And with each inhale,
Feel the energy of the universe flowing into you.
And with each exhale,
Release any doubts or worries or negativity from your mind and body.
Allow everything to relax.
All your stresses,
They'll still be there later on,
It's safe to put them down now and just be here,
A valuable integral part of the universe.
And thinking ahead to the rest of your day,
Without attachment to the outcome,
Just a kind curiosity,
I'd like you to set your intention.
And you can do this silently or out loud.
But say something clear,
Something positive.
For example,
Today I welcome abundance and joy.
Or today I attract love,
Possibility and success into my life.
Or perhaps I am open to all the good that is coming my way.
Whatever words you choose,
Feel the power of your words resonating through your body.
And trust that what you set your intention for is already on its way to you.
The universe is already reworking things to let your intention come to you.
Keep breathing slow and steady and bring to mind something you wish to manifest today.
It might be a feeling or an opportunity or a positive experience or a step forward towards a goal.
Whatever it is,
See it in your mind as if it's already happening.
What does it look like to be there?
How does it feel?
Let the feeling ripple all through your body.
Let yourself feel the excitement or the joy or the relief,
Whatever it is,
Let yourself feel it.
Who's with you as you experience this?
Or who's the first person you would call and tell?
What would you say to them?
And how would you feel when you said it?
What sensations fill your body as you experience this?
Allow yourself to bask in these emotions,
Success or happiness or fulfillment.
Hold this vision for a little minute.
Feel it become a reality.
And as you're feeling this,
Repeat these affirmations or just let my voice carry the energy for you.
I am aligned with the energy of abundance.
Everything I desire is on its way to me.
I trust in the timing of the universe.
My mind is focused,
My heart is open and I am ready to receive.
Feel these affirmations sink deeply into your being,
Reinforcing your belief in your own power to manifest.
Slow and steady,
Let yourself smile at the power you have to manifest your life.
And now on your next out breath,
Let go of any attachment to the outcome.
Trust that the universe is working in your favor always.
And surrender to the flow of life,
Knowing that all you need will come to you at the right time.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release any lingering tension and embrace a sense of peace,
Faith and gratitude for the unfolding of your desires.
Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Feel the weight of your hands and feet.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Roll your shoulders and gently open your eyes when you're ready.
