Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Settle into your body and notice the space that you take up.
Notice your breath.
Let it come naturally.
Don't judge or try to change it.
Just inhale gently,
Fill with light,
And then exhale and release tension.
And continue to breathe in this way.
Inhale light.
Let it fill all your cells.
Let your body wake up and become alive with this light.
And on each exhale,
Release tension.
Let go of anything that you don't need right now.
And as you breathe,
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and supportive.
Now,
Bring to mind one thing you are grateful for this morning.
It could be something very simple.
A warm cup of tea,
The sound of birds,
The breath in your lungs.
Picture it clearly.
Feel gratitude expanding in your heart like a warm glow.
And repeat,
Silently or aloud,
Or let my voice carry the energy for you.
I am grateful for this new day.
I carry gratitude into everything I do.
Gratitude fills me with joy and presence.
Breathe each affirmation in and let that gratitude anchor in your heart.
And now take one last deep breath and smile to yourself.
And know that gratitude is with you as you step into your day.
