Over the next seven sessions, we'll explore each of your body’s major energy centres, known as the chakras, and learn simple, powerful techniques to bring them into balance. From grounding your Root Chakra to expanding your Crown Chakra, this course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, open your heart, and awaken your innate wisdom. As you move through these practices, you’ll begin to notice subtle yet profound changes in how you feel. When your chakras are in harmony, you experience more stability, vitality, and ease in your daily life. You may find that you feel clearer about your purpose, more confident expressing yourself, and more compassionate in your relationships. Each session offers practical activities you can weave into your routines - like mindful movement, breathwork, journaling, and moments of reflection - so the benefits continue long after the course ends, with practices you can take with you. By the end of this journey, you’ll have a deeper understanding of your own energy and a toolkit of techniques to support your well-being whenever you need them. Most importantly, you’ll have created space to honour every part of yourself, body, mind, and spirit, and to step into life with a greater sense of connection, trust, and wholeness.


Meet your Teacher

Jen Jones is an energy practitioner, astrologer, and author of books including Chakras: A 35 Day Balancing Journal. She believes in guiding people to develop their own energy practices, with a view to maintaining holistic health and supporting individuality, as described by each person's astrological birth chart and unique energy signature. In this course, she leads you through simple practices that can be done by anyone, so taht each participant can feel empowered and in control of their own healing journey.

Lesson 1

Aligning The Root Chakra

Today’s session will help you feel more grounded, stable, and connected to your body and your environment. By exploring grounding practices like mindful walking, earthing, or decluttering, you’ll create a sense of safety and steadiness that supports you in every area of life. As you strengthen your Root Chakra, you’ll notice a greater ability to handle stress, feel present in the moment, and trust that your needs will be met. Over time, these practices will deepen your sense of belonging and remind you that you are supported and held by the earth beneath you.

Aligning The Sacral Chakra

In today’s session, you’ll reconnect with your natural creativity and capacity for pleasure. Through movement, dance, and sensory experiences, you’ll begin to release any stuck or stagnant energy held in your hips and lower belly. As your Sacral Chakra comes into balance, you’ll feel more inspired, emotionally open, and able to enjoy life’s simple joys. You may also notice your relationships feel more authentic and your self-expression more fluid. This is your invitation to honour the beauty of your feelings and the wisdom of your body.

Aligning The Solar Plexus Chakra

Today’s session focuses on building strength, motivation, and self-belief. By engaging in energising movement and affirmations, you’ll learn to cultivate inner fire and claim your sense of purpose. Balancing your Solar Plexus Chakra helps you feel capable of taking action and making empowered choices. Over time, you’ll notice a stronger connection to your personal power and a growing confidence in your ability to create the life you envision.

Lesson 4

Aligning The Heart Chakra

In today’s lesson, you’ll open your heart to greater love, connection, and emotional healing. Practices like time in nature, acts of service, and self-compassionate movement will help soften old defences and invite more warmth into your daily life. As you nourish your Heart Chakra, you’ll feel more receptive to both giving and receiving love. You may find that you experience deeper gratitude, more authentic relationships, and a renewed sense of joy and kindness toward yourself and others.

Lesson 5

Aligning The Throat Chakra

Today’s session will help you find and share your true voice. Through singing, writing, and mindful listening, you’ll clear away blockages that have kept you from expressing yourself fully. Strengthening the Throat Chakra empowers you to communicate with clarity, honesty, and confidence. Over time, you’ll feel more comfortable speaking your truth and trusting that your voice matters, exactly as it is.

Aligning The Third Eye Chakra

Today’s lesson is designed to awaken your intuition and deepen your inner wisdom. Practices like stargazing, intuitive collage, and visualisation will help you quiet the mind and access a deeper sense of knowing. As your Third Eye Chakra becomes clearer, you’ll notice a growing trust in your instincts and an ability to see situations with more perspective. Over time, these practices can help you feel guided, inspired, and aligned with your higher self.

Aligning The Crown Chakra

In this final session, you’ll open to a sense of unity, peace, and connection with the greater whole. Through mindfulness, mantra chanting, and moments of silent reflection, you’ll create space to experience your own divinity and the presence of something larger than yourself. Balancing the Crown Chakra brings a profound sense of calm, clarity, and trust in life’s unfolding. Over time, you’ll find it easier to return to this state of openness and carry a sense of spiritual connection into all that you do.
