Let the earth hold you.
There's no need to rush.
There is nowhere to be.
There is only this stillness.
Now imagine the soft glow of the Taurus moon above you,
Round and luminous like a pearl held in the velvet sky.
It radiates calm,
Warmth,
And the quiet power of presence.
Let this gentle light begin to pour over you like warm honey or golden sunlight,
Soaking into your skin,
Your muscles,
Your bones.
And say to yourself now,
I am grounded.
I am safe.
I am enough.
Let Taurus energy anchor you in your breath and in your senses and in the simple truth of this moment.
