In this tapping practice we're going to focus on allowing and receiving abundance.
So we're going to start with our setup statement whilst tapping on the karate chop point on the side of the hand and as with all these points just tap gently you can't get this wrong.
You can repeat after me out loud or in your head or you can just listen if that's more appropriate.
Even though I may have some resistance to receiving abundance I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I feel like I'm not sure how to allow abundance into my life I choose to be open to receiving all that is good and plentiful.
Even though I may have fears or doubts about receiving abundance I deeply and completely love,
Honour and accept myself and I choose to release these fears now.
We're going to move to the main tapping sequence.
Start with the eyebrow point,
The beginning of your eyebrow above your nose.
I feel some resistance to abundance.
I move to the side of your eye.
Part of me feels afraid to receive.
Tap under your eye.
What if I'm not worthy of abundance?
Under the nose.
What if it doesn't come to me?
Tap on your chin.
I feel these doubts and fears.
Tap on your collarbone.
But I am ready to release them now.
Tap under your arm.
I choose to allow abundance to flow.
I am open to receiving all the good in life.
Return to your eyebrow.
I release all blocks to abundance.
Side of the eye.
I let go of any resistance.
And I choose to feel worthy of all I desire.
Under the nose.
Abundance is my birthright.
Chin.
I allow it to flow into my life now.
Collarbone.
I trust the universe to provide for me.
Under the arm.
I am open and ready to receive.
I am grateful for the abundance that is coming my way.
Back to your eyebrow.
I trust in the flow of abundance.
Side of the eye.
I feel it coming to me now.
Under the eye.
I am deserving of all good things.
Under the nose.
I release any remaining fears.
On your chin.
I feel abundant in every way.
On your collarbone.
I am ready to receive more.
Under the arm.
I welcome abundance into my life.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to receive with gratitude.
Take a deep breath in and let it out.
Allowing all of this to settle in you.
Remember you can come back to this any time you need to.
You can focus on any remaining resistance or doubts you have.
And you can change the precise wording if that means it makes more sense to you.
But just keep going until you feel lighter and more open to abundance.
