There's nowhere else you need to be,

And nothing you need to improve.

Allow your breath to slow naturally,

Not deeper,

Not better,

Just softer.

Imagine the day loosening its grip on you.

The conversations,

The decisions,

The unfinished thoughts.

You don't have to process them now.

You're simply setting them down.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Each return to the breath is enough.

Tonight you are allowed to rest without resolution.

The day can end unfinished,

And still be complete.
