Welcome to this meditation on abundance in the ordinary.
Where we reframe abundance as something that's already present rather than something we're trying to call in.
So,
Come and sit or lie down and be still for a moment.
Close your eyes.
Breathe yourself into the space.
Feel how happy your body is to rest for a moment.
Even if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or sitting still or driving.
Feel your body relax with the peace of just being.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your face relax.
Feel the tension melt down through your neck and back,
Your shoulders,
Your hips.
All the big muscles and all the tiny ones.
All your joints and all your bones,
Everything being held.
Most abundance practices are about more and calling in more or attracting more.
Toward becoming available for more.
And that is all valuable in its own way.
But today I invite you to turn towards something a little different and ask,
What if some of that abundance is already here?
And it's not in the big,
Obvious ways.
Maybe you're not a millionaire yet.
Maybe you don't have the perfect relationship or the dream career,
But somewhere in the texture of your ordinary life,
Abundance is filling all the gaps.
The cup of something warm.
Food in your tummy.
Body that breathes without you asking it to.
Fact that right now you have enough time and enough quiet and enough space to be here listening to this.
That,
Too,
Is abundance.
Just small-scale and unflashy.
But definitely real.
So let us sit with your breath for a moment.
And practice this noticing.
Breathe in.
And as you breathe in,
Let yourself arrive fully in your body.
And breathe out and as you breathe out soften and smile because your body is here and it's yours.
And let me offer you some words that widen the lens.
And let them shift how you're looking.
And if you feel moved to you can repeat them out loud or in your head.
Or you can simply let my voice carry the energy.
Let it land in your energetic field.
Abundance is already moving through my life.
I notice what is good in the ordinary.
I have enough right now to be grateful.
Small joys are real wealth.
I am rich in ways I sometimes overlook.
I choose to see what I have,
Not just what I'm waiting for.
I am living inside abundance even as I grow.
This practice of noticing what is already abundant is not about making yourself settle.
But about training the nervous system out of perpetual scarcity mode.
When your baseline shifts to already enough.
You become a more open and receptive vessel for more.
Gratitude and abundance aren't opposites of ambition.
They are its foundation.
Take a breath and whenever you're ready,
Come back slowly to the body in the space.
And carry this noticing with you today.
Thank you so much for sharing your space with me today.
Have a wonderful day.
