Detach from the outcomes to fully live in your present satisfaction. Rest peacefully in your renewed clarity, awaken with confidence.

Hello my friend,
I am Honey Bee and I am honored to share this present moment with you.
For the following meditation,
You may lay down or rest your head back on a pillow.
Be sure you are in a comfortable place where no one and nothing will disturb you.
Thank you and enjoy.
Begin by finding comfort in your space.
Allow yourself to fully rest your body.
Take a moment to settle into your resting posture.
You may shift yourself as you release any tension in the body.
Embrace fully and effortlessly into your comfort.
Relax your muscles.
Breathe in deeply.
Fill your lungs with air.
Hold at the top of the breath for a moment.
Then release.
Once more,
Take in a full,
Deep breath.
Drawing further breath into the chest.
Hold for a moment.
Then soften your jaw and release.
Inhale again softly.
Hold here for a moment.
Allow your body to fully settle.
And exhale,
Slowly listen to the air leave your body as you feel your chest fall.
As I count down from 10,
With each number you will become more and more relaxed.
Simply allow yourself to drift.
We begin our countdown at 10,
Feeling our feet,
Ankles,
Calves and thigh muscles.
Feel them relax.
Allow the foundation of your whole body to melt into your space as you allow your legs this gift of rejuvenation and relaxation.
Nine.
Focus your attention on your hips.
Visualize the muscles surrounding your hips.
They are strong.
They are healthy.
They hold the root of your body all together connecting your legs to your core.
With every respiration,
Allow your hips to sink deeper into your comfortable space.
Allow those muscles to fully relax.
Eight.
Focus now on your beautiful belly.
Allow your belly the gift of rest and rejuvenation as your belly softens.
As you come into a deep relaxation,
Your belly and digestive system are no longer hard at work.
Imagine your belly and cells slowly winding down as your body goes into a state of deep tranquility.
Allow your body this moment to reset from the day.
Seven.
Visualize your rib cage,
The wonderful skeletal structure that holds vital organs of your miraculous body into place.
Focus your attention on this area as you breathe in.
These ribs hug your heart and lungs with a loving embrace.
They protect your organs from harm.
They are here to maintain your life force.
Inhale deeply.
Visualize your rib cage expand as your lungs fill with air.
Hold here for a moment.
Exhale.
Visualize your rib cage fall as your lungs deflate.
Six.
You come into deeper peace as you allow your body to rest beautifully.
Focus your attention to your wonderful beating heart.
As you visualize your heart,
Notice how protected and safe your heart is.
It beats gently deep inside of your body and is protected by your rib cage and your lungs.
As you calmly float into a state of deep tranquility,
Your heart is beating for you.
It is alive and aware of your body going into rest.
It starts to slow down.
Breathe into your heart space.
Feel your chest expand.
Hold the breath.
And exhale as you release your chest into deeper and deeper relaxation.
Five.
Focus your attention on your shoulders and arms all the way down to your wrists.
Notice where they are.
Notice how they rest.
These are the limbs that guide and assist you towards your dreams.
Visualize the good that you do with those limbs and hands.
Allow them to simply be as they rest for the day.
Four.
Your neck,
Scalp and face relax a little more.
Feel your jaw soften.
Allow your tongue to settle at its most peaceful place.
Let go of any tension,
Worry or pain that you hold.
The worried lines,
Pierced lips,
Allow them to melt away.
Allow them in their most natural,
Comfortable expression.
Three.
Focus your attention on your nose.
Become aware of its wonderful function.
It allows you the ability to smell,
Breathe and taste.
However your nose is now,
Allowing it in its most peaceful comfort as you slow your breathing down to a deeper state of relaxation.
From your nose to your ears,
Allow the strands of your hair rest.
Allow it all to simply be here,
Now with you.
Two.
Notice the way your body feels.
Relax and loosen your comfort.
Notice the softness in your joints.
The way that your body relaxes as it gently releases any residual tension.
Allow your consciousness to expand carrying you into deeper relaxation.
One.
Turn your consciousness towards your thoughts.
Notice which thoughts are seeking your attention.
As you witness their colorful,
Noisy chatter,
Give them permission to quiet down,
To allow them a place to rest.
You are safe,
Peaceful and content.
As you take in your next breath,
Allow the quiet rhythm to carry you deeper into your restful consciousness.
I would now like you to imagine yourself walking outside.
Feel the warmth of the sunlight grace your presence.
Allow the light to fill your body with peace and joy.
On this walk,
You are in a meditative garden,
A meditative safe place that you wander to.
You are here to simply witness what arises within you.
You are here to witness your thoughts.
As you walk down this beautiful path,
You notice the trees on each side of the path.
They line the path with beautiful foliage.
The trees are tall and calming as they create a wonderful canopy.
When you look up to notice,
You see the branches create this lovely arch above you that expands off into the distance and you could see it for blocks out in front of you.
You feel the sun's warmth trickle in through the branches as its wonderful energy fills your whole entire essence with satisfaction.
Notice how you can invoke a specific feeling upon your own command.
Notice what satisfaction feels like in your body and in your life.
What satisfaction be for you right now?
The human brain is only able to process one thought stream at a time.
As you become fully aware of your thoughts,
You begin to witness them whether you label the thought as negative or a thought as positive.
You will be able to detach from an outcome to fully live in the present satisfaction.
You have the power within to release negativity,
Anxiety,
To release doubt altogether.
This awareness will allow you to start consciously creating positive thought streams that serve your life.
For a brief moment,
Remember a time when you felt uncertainty,
A time when you were not sure about something.
While you go back to this time where you felt doubt,
Guilt,
Or worry,
When that memory comes and arises in your consciousness,
See it above you,
Floating near your head.
Notice that it is merely a thought.
It is not with you right now in this present moment.
Notice how you are detached from the outcome,
Detached physically from the fear.
Witness it above your head.
Witness it there like a gray cloud.
Notice how you would prefer to feel the sunlight over the cold gray cloud.
Allow these emotions of worry or anxiety to fill into this gray cloud above you.
And as this gray cloud expands or stays where it adds,
Just notice it there for a moment.
And then allow it to fade off back up into the trees like a fog.
Watch your concerns and dissatisfactions drift up and higher,
Higher until you no longer can see it.
The gray clouds have lifted effortlessly like a feather above the beautiful tree arches that surround you.
Do not concern yourself with where they go.
Simply allow them to fade away.
Now feel the sunlight come back into your space.
Feel the sunlight shine back into you as the cloud disappears.
Listen to the birds that are playfully chirping around you in the canopy of trees.
As you continue on your walk down this path,
You begin to notice the flowers.
You see their magnificent colors.
What colors do you see?
What shapes do you see?
How many do you see?
Imagine this meditative garden being a perfect and serene place for you to explore and feel that peace on this planet.
Find a comfortable spot in that meditative garden.
Go ahead and sit.
Enjoy the sounds around you.
Be in this place for a moment.
Embrace the comforting sounds of nature.
Quiet your thoughts so you may hear the world around you.
Simply allow your thoughts to fade in and fade out.
Breathe in deeply.
Hold for a moment.
Go ahead and release and relax back into the space.
And as you come back into this present moment of conscious awareness that you're self-relaxing where you are in the present physical moment,
Watch the flowers swift softly in the gentle,
Warm breeze.
Feel the hairs on your head move with the wind and the flowers.
Go ahead and wiggle your toes and fingertips as you come back into your body.
Moving forward beyond this wonderful meditative garden,
Back into the day-to-day life that you have,
You will notice that throughout your day,
Whether at work or at home,
On the road,
That negative thought streams or positive thought streams of consciousness will flow in your mind and gently out of your mind.
You are the witness.
Observe the thought flow in.
Let the doubts gently flow back out.
You are the master of your body.
You are the master of your thoughts and commands.
Detach from the thought streams that no longer serve your highest good.
Know that your mind is only able to think one thought at a time.
And with this knowledge moving forward,
Observe as the thought streams will leave your conscious and a new one will enter.
Simply witness the process.
As you hear the chime,
Come back to this present moment.
Take time to tune into your physical body.
Take in a deep,
Deep breath.
Allow yourself to be here now.
And slowly exhale it all out with intention.
And as you drift off into your slumber,
Repeat these sentences in your mind.
I release all doubts from my mind.
I release words that no longer serve me.
I welcome positive and nourishing experiences.
I trust in the choices I make for myself.
Relax.
Release.
Take this juicy moment for yourself.
Inhale deeply once more.
Hold here.
Exhale,
Release.
Tune into your own frequency and your own rhythm of breathing as you slowly drift off into a peaceful sleep.
All is on time.
All is divine.

i love this meditation- it was so helpful even transformational in releasing negative thoughts. i wish you could re-record it- i understand it was a meditation you recorded early on- the sound effects, especially the chimes and the birds are piercingly loud. which make it hard to completely relax. thank you for creating a beautiful experience š
