Hello my friends,

I go by Honeybee and I will be your sensual love alchemist and guide for this meditation.

This downregulated breathwork and affirmation meditation is designed to help you navigate the challenging emotions that arise from a breakup.

I will guide you through a process where you will harness the power to consciously surrender your breath into calm and clarity,

Therefore providing the safety within yourself to hold space for your grieving heart.

Towards the end of this guided breathwork,

I will say a series of affirmations for you to repeat to yourself so that you may be taken out of your monkey mind or the inner self-critic and into a state of self-love.

Saying the affirmations will give you a moment's rest from all the heavy thoughts or doubts that you may be experiencing at this time.

For the beginning of this meditation,

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your body to relax and gently close your eyes.

Begin to bring awareness to your breath,

Noticing the natural rhythms of your inhales and exhales.

Gently take in a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it in for a brief moment here,

And then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or heaviness you may be carrying.

Let's do this two more times,

Gently inhale deeply,

Softly,

Slowly.

Hold your breath at the top,

And gently exhale slowly out through your mouth.

Inhale deeply,

All the way to the tippy top,

Hold here,

And gently exhale as slow as you can possibly go out through your mouth.

Now gently breathe in your own natural rhythms.

We will now begin the down-regulated breath.

This type of breathing exercise is also considered a connected breath.

This will bring a deep sense of calm to the nervous system.

We will focus on longer exhales to slow the anxious or emotional energy down.

Notice these sensations and emotions,

Breathe through them.

This is a reminder that as we breathe together,

Please feel free to move,

Shake,

Wiggle,

Or sound whatever needs to move through you.

The body carries a wealth of knowledge,

And emotions are simply energy in motion.

Allow whatever movements to express themselves in whichever way that they desire.

Start by inhaling slowly for a count of four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And gently exhale slowly for a count of six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Inhale,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Inhale in,

Two,

One,

Exhale out,

Three,

Three,

Two,

One,

Inhale,

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Deep in,

Exhale out,

Three,

Two,

One,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Keep breathing in this way,

Just listening for the cues of your breath,

Each inhale fresh healing energy,

And each exhale to release pain,

Sadness,

Or tension.

As you continue to breathe in deeply,

Slowly,

Imagine each wave washing over and cleansing the remnants of the past.

With every exhale let go a little more hurt,

Release any more sadness.

Thoughts may arise,

Allow the body to move.

Inhaling deeply,

Coming back to this last cycle of breath,

Gently exhale,

Release,

Let it flow,

And let it go.

Simply coming back to your natural rhythm to release this down-regulated,

Connected breath.

Come back to your body,

Move,

Take any stretches that you might need to take.

As you breathe naturally,

I invite you to bring to mind the person you've parted ways with.

Without judgment or blame,

Simply acknowledge the emotions that arise.

Notice where in your body you feel these emotions.

As you breathe and scan the body for flutters,

Tightness,

A heaviness,

Perhaps even a lightness,

Finding where you feel this,

Bring awareness to this part of your body.

And for this next segment,

We will be embodying forgiveness and love into your breakup.

As you breathe in,

Visualize a soft,

Warm light surrounding your heart.

This light represents forgiveness.

Give it color,

Give it form.

As you visualize this warm light,

Imagine that it is lit for both yourself and the other person.

And with each breath,

Let this light grow stronger and brighter,

Filling your entire being with a sense of peace and radiating the understanding that your heart seeks.

As you breathe,

Notice the sensations of the heart.

Notice whether it is tight,

If there's pain or stagnant energy.

Perhaps there's a flutter.

Feeling into your felt sense,

Simply notice the sensation as you breathe.

And on your next inhale,

Visualize this warm light entering in through your nose as you breathe,

Taking it into your heart space.

Pause here.

Let the light circle in and around your heart,

Circling,

Circling around.

And as you watch this white light radiate,

May it grow bigger,

Brighter,

And outward in all directions.

With each inhale,

Solidifying this light,

And with each exhale,

Letting it go outward through your heart and into the heart of your lover.

Let's do this three more times.

Breathe in,

Inviting the warm orb into your nostrils,

Traveling down into your heart space.

Hold for a moment.

Then visualize this white light embracing your heart.

Exhale,

Release the white light as it radiates outward.

Taking another deep breath,

Drawing the soft luminous white in through the nose,

Letting it embrace your heart.

Holding for a brief moment.

And as you exhale,

Picture this light radiating outwards,

Expanding brighter and through the other.

With calm,

Forgiving ease.

Inhaling that forgiveness,

Bringing it into your heart space,

White light,

Pause.

And visualize as you exhale,

Forgiveness radiating outward,

Brighter,

Understanding,

Luminous light,

Forgiving.

And at peace.

As we conclude this session,

I will guide you through a series of affirmations to bring you to a high vibrational state of mind.

As I say each one,

Repeat it silently or aloud,

Allowing the words to resonate deeply within you.

If they do not resonate with you at this time,

Simply listen with curiosity.

There is no hurry to feel these affirmations as truth to you if it is not emotionally available to you at this time.

Simply repeat after me out loud or in your mind's eye.

And we'll begin.

I am releasing the past.

I am embracing the present.

I am worthy of love and healing.

I am letting go of what no longer serves me.

I bless and release what does not give me peace.

I am at peace with my journey and I trust the path ahead.

I am whole,

Complete,

And deserving.

I am open to new possibilities and new beginnings.

Allow these meditations to settle into your heart,

Knowing that you are actively choosing to heal and move in a direction that allows for expansion to a new version of yourself.

As we collectively conclude this meditation,

Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up today,

For being present with your emotions,

For allowing the healing to take place.

Remember,

You are loved,

You are supported,

And you are never alone on this journey.
