Go ahead and settle into a comfortable position that will allow you to rest fully for the evening.
Let your eyes gently close,
Allow your body to soften into the surface beneath you.
Dating can feel confusing or even frustrating,
Especially when you feel disconnected from your loving center.
It is true,
We cannot change how others date us or treat us,
However you can take control and feel empowerment in how you show up for yourself in the dating realm.
You have control to what is yes and to what is a hard no and I pray this meditation allows you to feel those subtle shifts within your conscious to embody self-worth and self-love while you navigate the dating realm.
As a reminder,
We cannot change our external factors,
But we can shift the way we feel internally within ourselves to create that safety and trust within our bodies and trust in our intuition.
Here you will build the mental muscles and narratives around worthy,

How this works is that before you sleep,
Your brain naturally shifts as it transitions through several waves,
Your brainwaves.
During sleep,
You experience alpha,
A relaxed state,
Into theta,
A light sleep,
And then into delta,
A deep restorative sleep.
Through this practice,
The brain will receive subconscious learning and attunement on an energetic and subconscious level.
During this time,
The mind is less guarded and more receptive.
Repeating affirmations just before sleep allows the supportive beliefs to gently bypass the critical mind and allowed to be absorbed by the subconscious,
Helping you reframe emotional patterns,
