Great morning, My fellow friends. Welcome to this segment of your meditation. I am here in San Miguel, California, And the sounds that you are about to hear are from the birds that are outside on this wonderful farm. I am here in the present moment, Currently looking at the cows and the dogs and listening to the wind. For this meditation, It's fully organic. You may hear pieces and bits of the wind. You may hear a cow in the distance. Please sit down in a comfortable position. You may also lay down wherever you are. Put your phone on, Do not disturb and just tune completely into the sounds of this moment in this space with me. Take in a deep breath inward. Feel the air go in through your nostrils. Exhale. Let your air flow right out. Notice where your hands are. In this present moment, Are they sitting on your lap? Are they on your legs? Wherever they are, Allow them to fully rest into the comfort of the now. Fully allow yourself to receive the sounds healing of this steel drum. Allow the tones to vibrate and let go of any expectation to how you will feel during this meditation. Allow the chaotic sounds or the harmony however you perceive. Your perception will change from time to time. And as the sounds of the drum change, Your thoughts will change. Notice how they flow. Allow yourself to flow with your inspiration.
