Let's take a deep inhalation through your nose and lengthen your back.
Bring your shoulders back.
Exhale,
Relax your shoulders.
Keep inhaling throughout your nose and exhaling through the mouth,
Very gently,
Slowly.
Let's pretend you are exhaling like the waves in the ocean.
As you inhale and exhale,
At the same time you notice the elevations of your abdomen,
Of your lower belly,
In and out,
As the waves come and go.
Inhale,
Take a deep breath in.
Exhale,

In each breath cycle you relax and let it go.

Exhale all the worries,
Tension,
Anxiety.
As we flow in this progressive relaxation,
I will invite you to place the tip of your tongue in the root of your mouth,
Up,
Touching the upper part of your mouth and this contact is a contact point,
Allowing you to inhale and exhale only through your nostrils.
Be more aware of the temperature of the air.
Be aware of the gentle movements of your chest,
In and out.
As you are present,
I invite you to visualize,
To imagine,
To let your intuition flows freely.
Bring your attention into your third eye,
In the middle of your eyebrows.
You don't need to force it.
Just naturally bring your attention and let your inner sight to bring you luminosity,
Some colors,

Let this luminosity expand in your mind.

Inhale the light,
Let the light pass through your throat,

Let the light arrive in your heart,
Let the light abundantly surf in your chest,
Spreading out love and kindness.
Bring a gentle smile on your lips and let this flow bring you positive vibrations.
Let this flow harmonize your emotions in your chest.
Inhale light and exhale love.
Connect deeper and deeper with your inner existence,
Your genuine essence.
In a very gentle movement,
Let your left hand touch your chest with the tip of your fingers,
Connecting with your heart beat and for a moment listen the melody of your heart.
There is great love for you in here.
Breathe in light,
Exhale love,
Kindness,
Compassion towards yourself,
Yourselves,
The living beings inside you,
Be aware of them.
Be aware they have consciousness and all these living cells are working together to promote the best in you.
This is your inner universe and you are abundantly showering every particle of your existence with light and love,
Inhale more light into your experience.
As you surround yourself with light,
As you involve all your body,
You become a bubble of light expanding where the source of light is your heart spreading out all the standard vibrations around your room,
Your house.
Remove your place,
Your home in a sphere of light,
Creating an alkaline atmosphere,
Healing,
Cleaning all the spaces and corners in your home.
Let this energy arrive in the water,
In the food.
Let all this light and love arrive in the living beings in your place,
On the people,
In the plants,
In the animals.
And merge yourself with your place,
Become the light itself and dissolve all the negativity where everything becomes bright light.
Take the next moments just to meditate in this state of being,
Of kindness and compassion.
