Welcome to this guided meditation.
So you may adjust a little bit more your body.
Giving your body what it needs to be comfortable.
Make sure your spine is straight.
You may take a deep inhalation throughout your nose and lengthen your spine.
Exhale,
Relax,
Let it go.
Observe your breath cycles,
Each inhalation and exhalation.
Gently feel the temperature of the breath.
You may bring the tip of the tongue up in the roof of the mouth.
Bring a sense of connection with your inner world.
And just enjoying these breaths.
Feeling the freshness of the air passing through your nostrils.
And also passing through your throat.
Arriving your lungs.
Coming back slightly warmer.
Your breath always bring you back to the present moment.
Let it relax your body as you allow you more and more to be here.
To enjoy your meditation.
To enjoy this process of relaxation.
There is nothing you need to do.
You just have to listen to the words I have to offer to you.
So I invite you to bring your awareness to your forehead,
In the middle of your eyes.
And to be the witness of everything there,
There will be maybe a luminosity,
Maybe some colors.
Whatever is there,
Just nurture it,
Expand it with your breath.
In each inhalation you direct the oxygen into the mind.
That is smoothing,
Calming any thought.
In each exhalation you may visualize the traffic of thoughts being released.
You will exhale out any unwanted thought.
And that's okay.
Whatever is happening in your outer world,
You are just the witness of it.
You just don't need to interact.
You just acknowledge whatever is happening in your outside world or in your inward and you don't judge it.
You just accept the way it is.
There are some moments that we should not react.
However,
We should only accept and allow it to happen.
As we inhale and exhale,
We gain the ground,
The stillness necessary to keep us into this present moment.
Take a deep inhale in.
Exhale out,
Let it go.
Remember the colors,
The luminosity on your forehead.
Let this luminosity become a light that starts to expand inside of the mind.
I invite you to visualize,
To imagine,
Or to simply allow your intuition to guide you.
Visualize yourself seated in the middle of your mind.
And there is only a white space,
An empty space,
Where you encounter yourself in a seated position,
Experiencing stillness.
Enjoy the empty space.
You may place a gentle smile on the lips,
Enhancing your present experience.
Keep visualizing yourself,
Meditating with neutrality in the middle of your mind,
As it would be an empty room,
An empty space,
Very quiet and becoming more and more vast in space.
You are able to expand this dimension of stillness.
In each inhalation you push more and more all the space out,
Becoming a wider environment with quietness.
Now I invite you to gently start to fulfill all this empty space with a very bright light,
A gentle light coming from above,
Showering your being from the top of your head,
Covering all your body in a beautiful bright white light.
In each inhalation you invite even more light from above,
To nurture your inner experience,
To abundantly fulfill your space in higher the light itself.
Notice each photon of this light feeling really good in your body.
You are entaking light into your inner being.
Visualize this is a healing light that is harmonizing all your cells.
The very small particles of your body is now being fulfilled with light,
So you can shine bright from inside out.
Imagine this light is coming out from your pores,
Illuminating your skin.
As you visualize yourself as a luminous being,
Sit it and enjoy your meditation.
As this light purifies,
Transmute and transcends any thought or any negative energy,
You are gradually becoming the light itself,
Softly.
Every particle of your body is becoming the light.
As you could float,
Levitate,
Infuse yourself with existence and all there is.
Experiencing a very inner deep sense of peace and calmness.
Breathe slowly and gently.
Enjoy every piece of your breath.
You are now a shining being.
Just enjoy your supreme presence.
And so it is.
