Welcome to this guided meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable position.

Adjust your body.

Make sure you don't have discomfort in your legs,

In your hips.

Take a deep breath in and lengthen your back.

Relax your shoulders,

Your neck.

You may choose to place your hands with the palms facing up in a receptive mode.

Just deny an exhale.

Take your time to adjust your body.

And to prepare for this meditation.

At the same time we start to connect with our breath cycles.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling gently through the mouth.

As you inhale you fulfill your lungs,

Bring your shoulders gently,

Slightly back.

As you exhale you relax your shoulders,

Relax your face muscles,

Relax your eyes.

And now I invite you to bring the tip of the tongue up in the roof of your mouth,

Very gentle.

And start to feel how fresh is the air passing through your nostrils.

And the air come out a bit warmer.

At this moment we will only focus on the transfer of temperature of your air.

Feel the freshness passing through your throat as you inhale.

As you exhale you notice the air a bit warmer.

In each inhalation,

Exhalation you relax more and more,

Allowing yourself to be here,

To be present.

You have chosen this moment to connect with yourself.

Let your breath guide you,

Going deeper and deeper in your inner experience.

A thought may arise,

May want to take you away in a ride.

Just send love to these thoughts,

To your mind.

As you inhale,

Bring oxygen into these thoughts.

As you exhale,

You bring them out of your mind.

Inhale freshness into your mind.

Exhale all the thoughts that no longer serve you.

Inhale purify your mind,

Purify your head,

Your brain.

Exhale,

Let it go.

I invite you to bring your awareness to your third eye.

And in your inner sight you don't need to force it,

Just let the luminosity,

The colors start to unfold for you.

Visualize a dot,

A dot in the middle of your eyes,

Opening up gently,

Softly.

In each inhalation it becomes more clear for you.

All the luminosity,

The sensations promoted in your forehead.

Just let it happen.

And I invite you to visualize,

Imagine,

Just let your intuition flow.

Let a ray of light enter throughout your third eye.

Illuminate in your mind.

Let this ray of light take all the dimensions of your mind.

In your mind you just see light,

Bright light.

Purify all your neurological system,

Your neurons.

Visualize your brain cells illuminating sparkling like stars,

Promoting beautiful connections.

Inhale what luminous world inside of your mind.

Just observe all the light.

This is a peaceful serene place.

Safe.

Just inhale more light into your experience.

And let this light now pass through your throat.

Cleaning your vocal cords.

Emerge your vocal cords on this light.

Purifying your throat chakra.

Allowing you to speak your truth.

The truth that comes from your heart.

So let the light go through your throat and arrive in your heart chakra.

As you inhale,

You abundantly bring more light into your chest.

And it starts to involve your heart,

To surround your heart,

Activating your heart chakra with a very healing green color.

You inhale and you feel calm.

And you visualize your heart chakra observing all the inner light.

Let your heart pump all this energy through your vein,

Through your cardiovascular system.

Expreading your light throughout your body.

Arriving every cell.

Promoting your alkaline system in your blood.

Your body becomes luminous from inside out.

And you start to glow.

As you glow,

All the emotions that no longer serve you dissolve.

Inhale the light and exhale everything that no longer serves you.

Inhale pure bright light.

Exhale love.

Self love.

You are connecting with your genuine essence.

Bringing you clarity in your mind.

Clarity in your heart.

Your third eye now is vivid.

And you enjoy these beautiful sensations,

Vibrations.

This is the safest place.

Your inner world.

Shine your bright light from inside out and make a bubble of light around you.

Healing.

Promoting expansion.

Your light is let the light bright to illuminate all your room,

Your house.

All the human beings in this place can feel your light and heal and benefit from it.

All the living beings,

The animals,

The plants.

You are purifying the food,

The water and the air.

You are source of light.

And all is well.

Always the way it should be.

Inhale light.

Exhale love.

We will enjoy these vibrations for the next few moments.

And I invite you to bring your hands together in a prayer gesture,

Anjali Mudra.

Connecting your thumbs into your chest.

Allowing to feel the rhythm of your heart beat.

And from here,

From this state of being,

We can visualize in the near future a wish,

A desire,

How you want to see yourself.
