I would like to invite you to try with me the powerful mantra,
SOHAM.
SOHAM is the natural sound of your breath.
When you inhale through the nose and also exhale from the nose,
You produce naturally this sound,
SOHAM.
So,
You inhale,
You can listen to SOH.
And when you exhale,
You can listen HUH.
It's a very powerful meditation because it's natural.
And it also means,
I am that.
I am that pure consciousness.
So,
You listen to your own breath,
You visualize SOHAM,
You listen to it.
And also you connect with the supreme consciousness of the universe.
I am all there is.
After that,
I will invite you to hum with me the humming meditation,
Which is basically to hum to make a sound like a bee or a bumblebee,
Which consists in this technique.
You inhale.
So,
During your exhalation,
You control your breath and you gently exhale and promote this sound.
After that,
We're going to chant OM.
And these three powerful mantras,
Vibrations,
They all promote the same effects in the body.
They relax you,
They calm the mind,
They activate your vagus nerve,
Your parasympathetic nervous system,
So you become calmer.
And also improve sleep.

These techniques you can apply also in the night.
For the morning is good because you activate your pineal gland.
In the morning,
The pineal gland is producing serotonin,

You start to connect more and more with your inner world.
Simply observing the temperature of the breath.
Feeling the air that passed through your nostrils.
Also your throat.
Feel all the freshness of the air that is coming into your body.
Exhaling,
Noticing the air a bit warmer.
And you just relax your face muscles.
Relax your eyebrows.
The gentle smile becomes a little bit wider.
And you have the tip of your tongue touching the roof of your mouth.

Just allow everything to happen.

Every time you inhale and exhale,
You listen to the sound of your breath.

You listen to soul,

The connection with the universe,

As you inhale and exhale,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Mentally chanting soul,
Hum.
In the top of the head,
That is our crown chakra.
In Sanskrit,
Sahas hara,
The connection with all that is.
As you chant soul,
Hum,
Let your crown chakra open up as a lotus flower.
Open up for the energies of the universe.
And I invite you to start the humming meditation.
Visualize your lotus flower vibrating in the top of your head.
Inhale and hum.
Hum.
Inhale.
Hum.
Inhale.
Hum.
Inhale.
Hum.
Inhale.
Inhale.
And one more time,
Inhale.
Hum.
Inhale and exhale naturally,
Just bringing your awareness now to your third eye in the center of your eyebrows,
In your forehead.
Observe.
Be the witness of anything that is happening in that area in your third eye.
In your mental visualization,
You may observe some colors,
Some luminosity.
In each inhalation,
Invite these colors.
You may visualize a rainbow of light entering your mind.
Or maybe just a bright light fulfilling all your brain cells.
Arriving in your pineal gland,
Just in the middle of your brain,
Connecting the right and left hemispheres of your brain.
Inhale,
Bringing all these positive experiences into your mind,
Into your pineal gland.
As you locate and connect with the center of your mind,
I invite you to chant,
Hum.

Bring your awareness to your crown chakra.
From above,
Visualize,
Imagine,
Or just simply let your intuition guide you.
There is a tube of light coming from up from the sky directly into your crown chakra,
Entering in your head and showering you with abundant light.
Let this light expand from the head to toe,
Healing every cell,
Promoting positive vibrations.
Elevating your frequency.
You become energy.
You become light.
Let this light shine from within and overflow,
Overflow from the pores of your skin.
Become a luminous being.
Let your bio-photons shine bright.
And you become all that is,
Part of the universe itself.
You become the meditation.
You become who you are.
You connect with your genuine essence,
The purest aspects of you,
Your soul,
Your divine being.
Just flow naturally with everything that's happening in your experience.
Flow with your breath,
Expanding your light.
Inhale light,
Exhale love.
You are a being of light,
Experiencing a human form.
Surround yourself with your light and let it expand now throughout your room,
Your home.
Vibrate higher.
Let your energy arrive all living beings in your place,
Other humans,
Animals,
Plants,
Food and water.
You are the catalyst of good vibrations in your home.
And so it is.
We are coming to the end of this meditation and I invite you to sing once again the mantra Aum three times with me.
