Box breathing,
Also known as four square breathing,
Follows a structured rhythm.
You inhale for five seconds,
Hold your breath for five seconds,
You exhale for five seconds and hold your breath again for five seconds,
Before repeating the same cycle all over again and again and again.
So whenever you're ready,
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
Relax your shoulders and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.
So breathe in for five seconds,
Hold your breath for five seconds,
Exhale for five seconds and hold your breath again.
Simply try to stay in the rhythm of the music.
Breathe in,

Exhale and hold.
We will repeat this cycle all over again once more.
