Wake up with a BANG! The "Wake Up Breathing Method" is a quick and easy strong breathing technique designed to help you kickstart your day with energy and focus. Benefits: Increased Oxygen Intake: Helps to oxygenate your blood and improve brain function. Reduced Stress: Promotes relaxation and reduces cortisol levels. Enhanced Focus: Clears the mind and prepares you for the day ahead. Improved Mood: Stimulates the release of endorphins, enhancing your mood. Find a Comfortable Position upon waking or sit with your back straight. Close Your Eyes. Inhale and exhale strongly and deeply through your mouth, filling and emptying your lungs completely. For health and safety reasons,

Please don't do this exercise standing.

This is a strong breathing method.

We need to breathe in and out with force,

Just like this.

This is our rhythm.

In through the mouth and out through the mouth.

So,

Whenever you feel ready,

Take a big breath in.

And on the exhale,

We start.

And that's all it takes.

Thanks for this Kickstart to start off my day. I felt awake, motivated and ready for the day. I continued the breathing pattern until the end of the track. I like that it's a short track, so I can perfectly include it in my morning routine ❤️
