My name is Mark and I welcome you to this Coherence Breathing exercise.
This exercise is designed to balance your state of mind and to bring your heart rate variability in alliance.
Focus on a slow and gentle breath.
We will inhale for 5 seconds and we will exhale for 5 seconds.
This entire exercise will go 3 minutes,
So make it yourself comfortable and lay or sit down.
Relax and close your eyes and just focus on your normal breath.
And whenever you're ready,
Take a big breath in and we start on the exhale.
