Simplicity is a return to what remains. In this meditation, you’re invited to explore simplicity as something lived and embodied - a gentle release of what is unnecessary so the body can rest in what is true. This is a practice of softening, breathing, and allowing the moment to be enough. You don’t need to add more. You don’t need to improve anything. You’re simply guided into stillness to notice what it feels like when striving eases and presence remains. As the breath settles and the mind quiets, simplicity is no longer something you create - it becomes something you remember.
