Welcome,

This moment is for you to pause,

To breathe,

To listen,

To arrive here,

Now,

Just as you are.

Flow is the gentle current that carries you forward,

Like a river winding toward the sea,

Like breath moving in and out without effort.

Flow reminds you that you don't have to force,

You only have to allow.

It is an invitation to move with life's currents,

To trust the path unfolding before you.

Closing your eyes now,

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Inhale,

Inviting ease into your body,

Exhale,

Releasing tension you no longer need.

With every breath,

Softening into the natural flow of this moment.

Breathing gently,

Let these words flow with your breath.

Inhale,

I flow.

Exhale,

With ease.

Inhale,

I flow.

Exhale,

With life.

Again,

Inhale,

I flow.

Exhale,

With ease.

Inhale,

I flow.

Exhale,

With life.

Once more,

On your own.

And now,

Let the words drift away.

Nothing to repeat,

Nothing to control.

Only your breath,

Only this moment.

Resting in the quiet flow within.

Noticing your breath again,

Moving in and out through your nose.

Noticing your body resting here.

Offering some gentle movement,

Opening and closing your hands.

Releasing any remaining grasp.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Bringing flow with you.

Flow is your reminder that life does not need to be forced.

Like breath,

Like water,

It carries you forward.

As you return to your day,

Remember,

Flow moves with you in every breath,

Every step,

Every moment.

Thank you for taking this time.

May you return again and again to your breath,

To your center,

To stillness.
